I highly recommend this company, and I am thoroughly impressed with the fence they just built for…read moreme! My husband called Ideal to see if someone could come out to take measurements and give us an estimate. The business owner came out the same day. He arrived earlier than he had promised, and emailed us a typed detailed estimate (itemized down to the number of posts, gate hinges, latches, labor, etc.). Even better, they accept credit cards and payment occurs after the entire job is complete. We had multiple quotes for the job, but decided on Ideal due to their professionalism, promptness, recommendations from friends, and pricing. The work they've done around town looks great, too! We decided on a 6' cedar privacy fence with treated posts. As for the install, Ideal set up all of the locate services for the utilities the day before they were going to arrive. They showed up early and set posts the first day. On Day 2, they finished setting the rest of the posts and started framing. Day 3 was more framing and pickets, and Day 4 was the rest of the pickets and gate construction, finishing work, and clean up. We had about 400 linear feet of fencing, so this was a large project. During the installation: the crew was incredibly detail-oriented, professional (wore company shirts), organized, and respectful. The area that they were working was always tidy and clean. I was happily surprised to see that the business owner was there every day! He made sure everything looked perfect. After the job was complete, the owner came back to walk through & make sure we were happy with the completed fence. We paid the exact amount that was estimated and the job was completed on schedule. I'm a very happy customer!

Troy patiently met with us at least 3 times prior to us signing a contract, and then kept in touch with us daily as the project progressed. He estimated the project would take a week, and let us know in advance the order the work would take place; the order and time estimates were right on. Despite periods of rain they were able to complete the job within a week. We had discussed potential 'surprises' prior to the project start, and unfortunately ran into a few (damaged wood behind original wood siding). He explained what the additional cost would be and we found it to be reasonable. Quality of the finished project, and of the onsite teams that performed the work, was excellent! We plan to use them for a roof replacement in the future. (FYI, We found TDS with the help of CHAT GPT; we couldn't believe how helpful the AI tool was in identifying highly rated contractors in our area. We interviewed 3, and ultimately chose TDS!)
