It's time for me to add my one-star review to this company's collection. We've been a customer for…read morea number of years. Finally we awoke from our stupor to find out that their "algorithm" had caused our bill for our dumpster to slip ever higher every few months -- and sometimes every month! -- until it was unmanageable. We called to complain and they apologized for their unruly algorithm. They offered a much lower price ... for a year, along with a new three-year contract. Now, after the first year, we have a higher price again, especially compared with the new guy in town. We wanted to cancel and go with the new company, but this contract stipulates that if you cancel, you have to pay 6 months of the current rate anyway. So in order to get a lower price, we would have to pay about $900 first. All our neighbors have OnPoint. Orange toters line the other side of the street, but we are stuck with WM's rusty green dumpster with a hole in the bottom, at a higher price. I tried asking if we could trade our dumpster for the remainder of the contract, for 3 toters instead. I was sent a Docusign document. Reading it, I found that in order to downgrade our service until we could get out of the contract ... I had to sign up for (wouldn't you know it!) another three year contract. You can't win. Unless you don't sign up for Waste Management in the first place.

When they do show up, I'm stuck picking up trash they spilled everywhere like I work for them. It's careless, inconsistent, and completely unprofessional. Charging more while delivering worse service is crazy. I'm actively looking for another provider because this is not worth the money or the frustration. If you're thinking about using them... save yourself the headache and don't. This is for the Whitestown location since it's not on the map... if I could give negative 20 rating I would!
