I have been renting two storage units from Shamrock Storage in Kokomo Indiana for the past 3 years now and I wouldn't ever recommend any other storage facility other then Shamrock. I have had some extremely difficult times in the past few years, lots of times falling way behind on my rent but the Manager is so understanding and very empathetic and as long as I keep her informed of my situation then she works with me and has, on several occasions deducted late fees for me. I have been renting a storage unit from them since May 21st, 2021, and I've not had one single complaint or issue with anything at all.
