Do not do self-storage business with this company! We wanted to enter ZERO STARS, but could not change the rating. Unacceptable customer resolution in regard to pro-rating our refund for the days we did not use the storage unit. They did not even try to work to resolve our issue. Unprofessional, rude and arrogant owners. Aside from being overpriced (check other similar storage units in this town), their employees provided incorrect information regarding their storage policy. When we addressed our complaints to the owners about the wrong information their employees provided, they were very inconsiderate of our case. They do not care about providing quality customer service. Instead, they only care about taking advantage of their customers financially. I recommend you use other storage unit companies in the town of Kokomo. read more
