This is the worst storage center I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The lady working there…read morewas rude, the storage units look fine from the outside, but once you walk inside they look like they were hand-built by someone who has no experience, there was evidence of leaking and some obvious mold. Drive across 31 and use "A American Storage", or not too much farther is Pack Rat Storage. Both of those are 100x better than this place. Also, its right next to government housing, so there has been plenty of break-ins and items stolen. My access card doesn't work a lot. I've had it replaced twice and they told me there was no issue with the card. That means the problem is with the gate or the software used to control it. Had a talk with the owner one day when he happened to be there. He is a stuck up 'know-it-all' rich kid and won't admit fault for any of the above problems. Bad experience all around. Ended up having to go to court because of serious issues that I've been nice enough not to post. Still fighting it out since they are evidently pretty good at BS'ing in court. Gave it one star, because there is not an option to give negative stars.

Unacceptable customer resolution in regard to pro-rating our refund for the days we did not use the storage unit. They did not even try to work to resolve our issue. Unprofessional, rude and arrogant owners. Aside from being overpriced (check other similar storage units in this town), their employees provided incorrect information regarding their storage policy. When we addressed our complaints to the owners about the wrong information their employees provided, they were very inconsiderate of our case. They do not care about providing quality customer service. Instead, they only care about taking advantage of their customers financially. I recommend you use other storage unit companies in the town of Kokomo.
