Unprofessional, rude and arrogant owners. Aside from being overpriced (check other similar storage units in this town), their employees provided incorrect information regarding their storage policy. When we addressed our complaints to the owners about the wrong information their employees provided, they were very inconsiderate of our case. They do not care about providing quality customer service. Instead, they only care about taking advantage of their customers financially.
