We solicited bids from four firms to help refresh our paver patio. The work required power washing,…read morereseting many of the stones that settled over time, adding new sand, sealing the sand and stones. Of the four bids, three aligned and were within 10%. The fourth was much higher than the three and was quickly discounted as the outlier. When Keith came out to my home, his expertise was clear. Keith listened to my needs, shared his ideas, showed pictures, and quoted accordingly. Keith promised a clean and professional result and Morlock delivered on that promise. In short, I am very happy with my patio. The pavers look nearly new and when water hits the patio, the water beads off the surface and runs away from the house. The surface is not slippery at all. The provided images don't do the actual work justice. If you live in their service area, call Morlock Landscape & Design. Once Keith puts eyes on your project and get talking, you too will be sold on Morlock's expertise.

No detail was left undone, they listen to my needs and questions carefully, and we're so very professional. The quote was a great price. They took my backyard from nothing 2 showroom-ready and a fraction of the quoted time frame. They took the time to explain everything to me, go over a selection a variances in the plants I had selected and suggest improved varieties. I could not be more happy with the company, the service, the quality, the price, and the outcome! I cannot wait to work with the Groundskeepers, Jose and his crew, again for all of my landscape and water feature needs.

Buyer beware: I hired this company for two years in a row to trim 4 bushes in our front yard and…read moreboth years they over charged me. The first year they overcharged the time they were here, and after a couple of months of calling, adjusted the price to the one hour they were actually here doing work. This year they charged the same amount so I assumed they overcharged the time they worked. Wrong! They reported that there were 3 men doing one hour of work. Both years I kept track of time spent and men present and this past year I had one hour of work done by 2 men. If you hire this company, be present for the work, record time and maybe take a picture of how many people are working (even though that's creepy). This year is our last year of working with Groundskeeper.

I heard about Manuel Landscaping through my neighbor, so I called Manuel directly to inquire about…read morehis services regarding recurring lawn maintenance and a few outdoor projects around our home. Manuel was quick to respond and came over the same day I called him to walk around my home and discuss the things my wife and I were looking for. He was very polite and had a wealth of knowledge for how to best maintain our lawn, garden, pavers, etc. We had three primary projects; first being removal of all the weeds and bushes around the sides of our home as it had grown out of control, along with creating symmetrical edging and applying mulch for weed control. The second was to re-tube the sump pump since the existing tubes were now coming out of the ground and for some reason there was also some tubing going underneath our patio pavers which was causing them to all be raised up. The last was to re-level our patio pavers and ensure that they sloped away from our home since the water was starting to pool toward our house. Manuel provided explanations for how to implement change for each project and gave me estimates on the spot. I was ready with estimates from other companies and was able to confirm that not only were his estimates lower, but had great recommendations from my neighbors of their services so I decided to move forward with him. Manuel's crew was incredible, each person that came over to tackle our projects was diligent, precise, and fast. I always tried to speak with each person as I enjoy learning some of these skills and they were always very kind and friendly to me as I observed and asked questions. Our curb appeal has been extremely elevated due to their cleanup around the front and sides of our home, the sump pump tubing has been installed correctly that won't come out of the ground after the winter freeze/thaw, and the pavers were my absolute favorite as it looks brand new after they re-leveled, repaired, and sealed everything. I'm aware that Manuel has many customers that he services, however, the reviews online are scarce and likely due to many people that just forget to post personal experiences. I'd be doing a disservice to them if I didn't acknowledge the great work him and his team did for us at an extremely reasonable cost, and I'm hoping my personal experience with them can bring him even more business and loyal customers in years to come. Best, Charlie
