I had no real idea what I was looking for besides for what was on the list I was given, but the girl helping me knew exactly what I needed and started getting them for me one-by-one. I explained to her I'm just concerned about a certain size and can she tell me if they have a bulk of that size or just a few. Her answer once again is Trey Whitfeild have items in the store. That customer service is unacceptable. Wasn't helpful at all. Didn't want to tell me her name at first. When I asked her name her response was I'm the manager. Ideal has been around for years and my parents use to go here for my uniforms. I am going to speak to the Principal about the business connections established and explain the difficulty for the parents when trying to get information about uniforms.
