CORE installed a drainage system within the crawlspace that also included a sump pump. They completely encapsulated the crawlspace and also installed a dehumidifier. They cleaned the floor joists and treated the joists to prevent mold and mildew. They worked diligently for several weeks. The end result was impressive. The crawlspace was like a habitable space. The cost was reasonable and the attention to detail was exceptional. The system has been in place for several years now. It was worked perfectly. The owner, Mark, comes by once a year to check on the system and provide any needed maintenance. His attention to customer satisfaction is impressive. I highly recommend CORE if the goal is exceptional work, reasonable cost, customer satisfaction, and reliability.

The bath vent install was OUTRAGEOUS! It was not connected…read moreto the attic vent. Even worse, it was filled with drywall chalk dust that was spraying into the bathroom when the heater was on. I had this verified by a local professional company which provided me with photos. I could not trust Rylynn to fix it, so I had it replaced by the other company and asked Rylynn to refund the money. Rylynn refused at first (with insults about my integrity) and finally offered to refund the money if I signed a legalese release. Having lost all confidence in the integrity of Rylynn (some details follow), I offered a reasonable revision of the release which Rylynn refused. Some details: The whole bath remodel experience was long and agonizing, and I am only including two things here. 1. The Rylynn workers lied when they told me the debris was cleaned up from my crawl space. 2. Rylynn workers returned (2-3 times) to fix a water leak I found in the crawl space. They finally fixed it when my son told them what to do. I am an old man who knows what it means to show respect to others. Also, I am a veteran and know how to do a good job. Note: I posted this on 1-20-26. the job was done about May 2025.
