I have 2 more trees that I need cut down and I'm 100% using Arbor for them. They were very fair and very trustworthy. There was a board that broke on my privacy fence...not their fault. The fence is beyond needing repair, but they replaced the board as well. They hauled everything away and even picked up the smaller limbs and twigs. I know there are only 8 reviews, but there's a reason they have a 5.0 rating.

I asked for another proposal for trimming a tree in the back. While here, the Tree Tech was shown the damaged driveway (10 x 5 inch crunch in middle of driveway). He said that he would get on with repairing; it has been over a week since and no response. I called the office and asked if everything was ok and if he could be reminded. Silence. No response. I had American Tree Surgeons cut back tree limbs away from my property line in my back yard and…read moretrim my 30' Viburnum privacy hedge. They arrived at 0900, off loaded their apparatus they used to cut the limbs from the tree line. They began work right away as the plat form operator was cutting the limbs the other guys were using equipment to trim the lower branches. As the branches were being cut another team was taking the limbs to the street to put in the chipper. All of them used great care and safety while working as a team to complete the job. The crew was professional and efficient. They completed the work in a couple of hours, it would have taken us days.
