Usually, the deal on the hoagies are $5, Breakfast Sandwiches are 2/$5. I used to just walk in, grab these delicious breakfast sandwiches, now I have noticed, just grabbing from the shelf- it's not the same. Tip: Order it fresh/customize it from their kiosk- tastes better, I want to blame it on the transition to 7/11 BUT who really knows. I might be nit-picking but their fountain drinks aren't the same either. Nothing is better than a nice refreshing fountain drink, am I right? Never was a fan of the Big Gulp from 7/11 but WHYYYYYYYYY, WHY did they have to change their Sunoco fountain drinks. On the plus side- any size is usually 79 cents or 99 cents so If I toss it because it sucks, I guess I'm not too mad. The worker there when I went in awhile ago was so nice. When he found out I was new to the neighborhood, he gave me a "Bills" schedule & when he found out I'm a "Bud Light" girl, he gave me a free , tall Bud Light beer Koozie/Cozy. The gas prices are about average but the service inside is really nice and they always have pumps free and it's quick and efficient and has helped me out on a number of occasions when I was in need in the area. I have a habit of almost running out of gas far too often, and was very grateful this existed in the winter time. I also filled up here a few weeks ago. Very friendly as usual.

BEWARE OF MARK AND THIS SERVICE CENTER, THEY SCAMMED ME. I had to drop off my car for an…read moreinspection, which I'm not used to. For 20 years, I've waited and paid $21 and got a new sticker; this wasn't the case here. The cashier took my keys and had me sign a paper that had my name and car details at the top, nothing else filled out; I thought this was because I left my keys and car with them. 8 hours later a lady calls me to tell me I can pick it up and answers me that it passed no problem. I arrived and was ready to pay the $21, but they gave me a bill of over $300!!! All non-inspection related items. Additional fee to put the vehicle on a lift, another fee to remove the tires, $48 to add gas (I had a full tank from 2 days prior and only drove it 10 miles max), oil change service fee, oil change filter fee, washer fluid fee, etc. He got mad when I asked why they didn't get prior authorization for these non-inspection services. He couldn't even tell me how many gallons of gas he "added". Mark was called and he said the paper I signed gave him prior approval to do whatever service they wanted. WHAT!?! He refused to provide me a copy. He then "reduced" the bill to $280 after saying he'd remove the radiator coolant he added. I wanted to get out of there as fast as I could so I paid it. Looking back, I should have called the police and reported fraud.

The prices here are less than I would pay at the dealer. I know if they find something wrong that Mark the owner will call me himself to tell me and ask if I want it fixed before he charges me. I only ran in today to grab my mother some lottery tickets. I like going in here and having subs and food made for me. They used to except food stamps for subs, which they no longer do. They also had great amazing roast beef sandwiches on Kimilwick rolls. They have the normal things that a convenient store has ,but more . So if you want some good food, cold cuts, big selection of instant lottery tickets, a nice store, clerk, then check it out in here.

The gas prices here were average which was nice, but what sealed the deal for me was the staff here. The station attendant was the most polite person we had interacted with in a while and before we left she had put a few smiles on our faces. The bathrooms here were clean, the convenience store was large and the coffee here was actually tasty. In the end this would have been just an average station but the employee was phenomenal.

In seriousness though I think the design is a little African, perhaps in honour of Madiba. It's a lovely concept and I really enjoy stopping here partly because of the exterior decor and the name of the place. I can't give it 5 stars because it has pretty xxpensive gas, and despute the good convenience selection, that stuff is not cheap either. Great concept and always a pleasure to shop here.
