A 530% variance on the expected cost. A 30+ weeks of variance on duration. All this for a 27-foot Chaparral that needed a fuel tank replacement. Making matters worse are their failure to accept accountability and refusal to acknowledge their errors and contribution to these variances. They offered a reduction of $9300 and a request to fix my review. PS - I still cannot attest to final quality as a sea trial keeps getting pushed back for various reasons. But I can certainly confirm that what work I did see from ground level appear incomplete (fiberglass chips, etc) and quality of finish. Hopefully the mechanical is functioning properly, and fiberglass is brought up to spec. You decide.
