As I had a leaking sprinkler system that was flooding our yard I thanked him for his prompt response and said I needed someone sooner and was about to go back to Yelp. He responded about 2 hours later saying he had a cancellation the next day, sent him photos of the leaking sprinkler assembly, he asked a few more questions and then gave me a price. He told me in advance that he could be a few minutes early or late but would keep me in the loop on his arrival time. Jose texted me in the morning, let me know his status and showed up on time. Not only did he fix the sprinkler assembly, he also adjusted the sprinkler heads on my lawn, installed caps on the wire connectors on our assembly and checked all zones to ensure they were working correctly and that there no leaks.
