We had a potato salad and a pasta salad made with orzo. I didn't feel like eating, but I had a few bits of the potato salad and it was HEAVEN. I wish I had more of an appetite, or even the ability to take food home it was so good. The sandwiches were really great too and none of them were even close to being soggy, even after sitting in the fridge for a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Nellie's Catering for a future event. Kathy was a dream to work with and I didn't have to worry about the anything.
