On 6/4/2019, a pleasant young man workng for Bob showed up and started the power-washing. Did a fine job, but didn't finish. Promised to be back the next day. About a week later, another fellow came to finish the power washing. Not nearly as skillful as the first fellow, in my opinion. Too many phone calls and texts to count followed. Each with an excuse and promise to finish. Beginning on 7/20/2019, calls to Bob's business phone (321-848-4970) are rejected as Bob put us on his 'rejected caller' list. I called and he was to our house to review in just a few days. He needed a programmer and offered us a choice of standard or Wi-Fi. We went with the Wi-Fi and he came back a few days later to install. He did great work and ensured that the app was working. The tree that killed our sprinkler head required him to cut the root of the tree. I could not believe the size of what he pulled out. Such a great guy and looked to make sure that the entire yard was in good shape.
