Went to the location and talked to the manager to find out if they wanted to check the car. He reviewed the reciept and brought to my attention that he had noted oil pan striped on it. He told me he could give me some oil and send me on my way. Had my mechanic come out and check the car, and he discovered that the wrong oil filter had been installed and that was the only problem. Since this was obviously the installers neglegence and they would not check out the car, I think they should have to pay the mechanics bill, or at the very least refund the money my son paid them.

I saw that Scott's…read moreGreely Auto specialized in German cars in addition to others so that was the first plus for me in selecting their shop as the place I was going to place my trust in to inspect the vehicle I was hoping to purchase (BMW X5). I could not have been more happier with going to Scott's, from the first phone call with Bradley and working with Carson, they provided nothing short than some of the best customer service I have come across in a very long time. The staffs willingness to take my vehicle in within the week to perform the task was just awesome, you rarely get that anywhere here in Phoenix, and so that alone told me a lot, because an inspection fee is typically not much but it requires time, so for them to drop what they were doing and perform what was needed AND to the detail in how they reported their findings was world class and utilizing current technologies to illustrate the checklist of items needing inspected, was awesome! I wanted to fly to Greeley to ensure the X5 upon sight and feel was the car for me, but instead of just going to the dealership first I had to thank the staff and meet Bradley and Carson, and that I did, and they were true to their service over the phone, two very nice people and class acts all the way. I want to thank both of them and the staff that worked behind the scenes to provide that peace mind and giving me that green light to purchase a vehicle that was safe for my family to travel in, and all I have to say is YOU GUYS ROCK! Thank so much from me and my family the Millers from Arizona, enjoy the Cactus Candy I brought, God Bless!
