Wow! What a great man/company! Called to assist a little old lady who lived across the street who had locked herself out of the house and the cops told us they couldn't help just break a window! While I was out of town, a neighbor went to check on our house. The key got stuck in the lock!! Neighbor couldn't get it out, even with pliers. Bill got there in under an hour, got the key out, fixed the cylinder. That's what I call service! We are now safe and secure again. read more
