Chris performed a thorough cleaning and noticed that the burner appeared to be very dirty and clogged, even though I had the fireplace cleaned and serviced in January 2026. He also checked my outside vents and found a bird's nest that appeared to have been there for quite some time, blocking the airflow. This could have created a very serious fire hazard.
