I requested to have the person at the front to come and assist with the translation because the paraffin was not being placed correctly through my heel, but the lady just ignored me. The prices are super reasonable too. You don't have to make appointments but you might want to call ahead mid week near closing time as it seems they close a bit early if things are too slow. Parking can be tricky too, make sure you look for permit signs. The lot in front of El Tarrasco is a good bet.
