Wrong had to take it back one month last same issue+ this time I took it to the dealer for diagnostics . Guess what they said and I showed him in writing: ac fan not working olus thermostat needs to be replaced. After waiting for 3 hours he said it was fixed and honored the 3 month warranty. I tried showing him the paperwork from the dealer and was told to disregard the check engine light and if it is not working this time it's the engine. Needless to say I'm filing a complaint w/ bbb and will seek civil penalties. Oh yea when I got there to pick up my car the first time after telling me the cost was $600 it was now $1000 so yea do what you will with that. NEVER AGAIN. I'm like these gotta be paid actors.

The trucks are easy because he has a key drop, and he's good at helping me calculate mileage so that I estimate properly. As far as my car purchase goes, I called ahead and told him what I was looking for. When I arrived he had 4 cars ready for me to test drive (even running with the AC - it was really hot that day!) I understood everything about the sale, and the sales experience was easy - and my car runs great!

When I spoke with the owner, I was told the cleaning fee was because moving pads had not been folded and the fuel charge was automatic because it was below a quarter of a tank. I stated that I drove the truck 29 miles and refilled with 5 gallons of fuel - which was more than I used. Owner refused to do anything! I definitely will not give my business to Frisco Auto Exchange again. I prefer to deal with local businesses that actually care about fairness, honesty, and customer service.

Scott was very accommodating. He let me keep my car there over the weekend while I figured out what to do with it, and didn't bat an eye when I wanted to come take pictures of it (while in the shop) in case I could get decent money for it instead of repair. Ended up getting the transmission rebuilt - it was shot, and the price I was quoted was reasonable. I had my car back less than 48 hours after authorizing repair, and driving it now, 6 months later, the gear changes are butter smooth. This shop is worth going to. It's not a polished dealership with a lavish waiting room and coffee and WiFi, but it IS good value, good service, and good people.

They have plenty of bays in their garage and worked quickly and reasonably to fix my car. My car is 27 years old and in poor condition, not a looker by any means. I generally have problems finding mechanics who will just fix the immediate problem or what I want fixed because they want to upsell me. Not with Pronto.
