I usually wait until after a few visits have passed before writing reviews of most places....I've been going to see Rami for haircuts for about a year or so now. My hair was butchered from another (several) establishments so I've been trying to grow it back out and after 2 years, it's back to being long again. Needless to say, I was kind of gun-shy in trying a new place. Rami has always done a great job with my long hair. With the other places, I used to have to always tweak the haircut when I got home...it was always just a bit off, a bit uneven...just not perfect. And full disclosure...I am very neurotic about my hair...if anything is off, I see it and obsess over it. Never have I ever had to fine tune my hair after seeing Rami. The place itself is in the corner of a strip mall off of 106, so you might miss it. I used to see it whenever I went to the CVS or Dunkin' Donuts next door and just never gave it a second thought but after my hair was destroyed by the last place and after seeing some positive reviews, I decided to give J'adore a try and I'm so glad I did. It's a cute place, kept clean and the prices are very reasonable. What I like best is if I request not to have any products put in my hair or not having a full blow out, my request is honored. I mean, if you're going to be doing laundry or cleaning the house that day, why get all that extra stuff done if it's not needed? You also don't have to endure any unneeded chit chat. Some people might
like sitting and talking during their service, but I just prefer to chill out and close my eyes and relax and that's what I get. I have talked with Rami and asked him questions during some visits and he'll gladly talk with you but I just hate the forced conversation and you won't get that here. Rami is just great...there's nothing negative to say so if you're in the market for trying a new salon, I would definitely re moment this place. read more
