He's a one-man show, but he does do kitchen remodels, bathrooms, drywalling, window replacements ($300 per window) and other small to medium jobs. For larger jobs, he said he is booking for January 2019 (in September), so it seems like he is pretty booked. Carl showed up when he said he was and got the siding fixed. He also gave some advice for some of the water in the basement and took a look at a bunch of things and offered various perspectives on how to get the job done (cheap fix vs longer more sustainable solutions, etc). He was also patient with me during estimates for some other projects and was great to work with. He offers military and senior discounts and is insured.

The owner of the company basically told us they rush the big jobs so they can get to to other jobs that day and come back to finish the work at ours. ruined a few windows and brand new door while installing and ruined walls, told us the painters can take care of it. We didn't even have painters lined up.. totally disappointed by the professionalism and quality. But like I said, they were way cheaper than going with other companies. So you get what you pay for

The windows had been damaged, painted over, and we were not able to open them at all when we bought the house. Dan meticulously dismantled the windows, took them back to his shop to restore them back to a beautiful wood finish, and then reinstalled them back in our house with an exacting sense of care and craft. Our window frames are a bit complex -- Dan took the time to puzzle it all out. Additionally, he is very careful and courteous-- always cleaned up, and left the job site in pristine order. I felt very comfortable having him and his assistants in our house for the week while they were working. I could not have been more pleased with the work. We will be asking him to restore more windows in our house in the next years.

Brought my inside cracked 50 year old Pella "Double glazing panel insert" with metal frame and…read moreretaining clips to Advance Glass; was from original casement window for which Pella no longer makes replacement inserts, no longer repairs them, and other glass locations they recommended will not repair. I was told by Pella service in Buffalo NY "too difficult to remove glass" and same comment by 2 large glass firms in area. Advance did an excellent job, fair price for time and materials required and much less expensive than replacing windows which are in otherwise great condition. Reinserted with perfect fit and seal. Definitely highly recommend if replacement glass for a Pella panel insert needed.

Zach is based in Lockport, so I was thrilled to have him drive out so quickly to provide service in Orchard Park. He repaired the broken sensor, inspected, refreshed & oiled the parts/wiring on both sensors, and gave my garage door the "once over" to let me know it is otherwise in good shape.
