I found this place and was happy to hear it would only cost $12.5 for what we needed and it was cut within 5 min of paying. My only complaints are it was DIRTY! The front of the store where customers walk through and can look at things on display should ALWAYS be clean. It looked like this place hadn't been swept, dusted or mopped in a year. Also, the employee moved quite slow and decided to finish his conversation outside with someone else, before he came in to help me.

I brought the windows in. They took me right in and brought me to the workshop and they silicone the glass to the frame free of charge. I had a new red oak storm door installed instead of giving me the tempered glass, that I paid for, the manufacturer gave me a permanent screen. I chased them for months for the glass but to no avail. i called several Glass places that I was referred to. One in Hamburg, and one in Clarence. Both came out for estimates. The one in Clarence never gave me a price! I called 3 X! The one in Hamburg sent me inflated prices for the storm door as well as two windows inside to replace glass, as well as on my garage. My bad, as I had forgotten Aberdeen's name and didn't know if that's the type of work they did! I'll shorten it. They came out, gave me a reasonable estimate, broke out the glass of the broken windows as a courtesy and took it with them! No one else did this. Best part: their price was half of what anyone else wanted for the front door, and they installed it in approximately one week. They estimated that it would take between 7 and 10 days to replace one double pane, double hung. This was in September, so it was still nice out, and not a huge deal having a window missing in our living room for a week. Simple enough to just cover it. 10 days later, still no call about the window replacement being finished. We waited a few more days, still nothing, so we called in. It wasn't ready yet, but they said it should be in soon because the company who replaces glass for them was running a little behind with shipping. We waited til the start of the next week. Still nothing. So we called again asking how much longer it would be since we were into October at that point. They still didn't know, so we had no choice but to wait longer. Waited a few more days, then called AGAIN. Still nothing. We asked about a discount since it was about 3 weeks of waiting at this point. They said we could come, borrow a window that might fit, put that in place of it for a while, then bring it back when our replacement window was ready. We didn't want to deal with the driving back and forth since we live about half an hour away in the country, so we skipped that. The we waited another week. Still no call, so we called AGAIN, this time just threatening to cancel the order. When we did this, the person amazingly had a date to finally give us for when the window would be in, but also said we wouldn't get our deposit back if we cancelled. Strangely, we were never even asked to put down a deposit... The window arrived a few days later, and they installed it into our frame. Exactly 30 days. 4x as long as they said it would take, and now it was the end of October, after it had already dropped into the 30s a few times. I brought this up when I picked up the window, and they just blamed their glass supplier. I asked about the discount since it took a month instead of a week, and she said the discount was being allowed to take their "loaner window", which we denied, but still gave me 10% off when I pressed a little more. But, of course, the price they gave us on the receipt when we dropped it off didn't include tax, so after taking off the 10% then adding the tax, it was a wash. And the window wasn't even wrapped or put in a small box to be transported safely back to our home. When I asked if it could be wrapped for a little protection, once again it was a hassle. The lady working the counter huffed at me, took it in back, wrapped it up, brought it out, put it down, and didn't say another word to me. So in my experience, I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. They'll blame another company they do business with when things go wrong, and don't seem to care how long it takes for your windows to be replaced. But why would they care if they know they'll get paid by you no matter what?
