The lady at the showroom was helpful and to the point. Workers were good. They didn't have enough people on the job to get the sliding glass door upstairs, but they called in extra help and got there right away and got the job done. Everything went well. They did leave some metal outside which was annoying since we have a dog.

I asked them to modify the soffit and the owner explained how they would do it but then reneged and said he wouldn't do it. Piles of nails dropped around my driveway. The new drip edge looks wavy instead of a straight line. They didn't return emails and phone messages. "We're too busy" is not a good answer. When I complained to the owner face to face he claimed that I owed HIM a $thousand more than the contract called for. He gave me a "take it or leave it". My referal is "stay away". Far away.
