We heard about wny glass and called at 8am today when they opened, they said to bring it in in 30 minutes. We brought it in expecting it to take an hour or 2. We sat in the comfy clean show room/lobby and had complimentary delicious coffee. They literally custom cut and glued a new mirror on for him in 20 minutes flat for under $40. Our minds are blown! I read a thing that they do windshields too so I asked. They'll be able to get it in and changed in a few days MUCH cheaper than safelite and will help you do the ins claim if you have glass coverage too. Amazing above and beyond customer service. Throughout the showroom they have beautiful shower doors, windows, and mirrors they make on display as well. They're the place for us from now on. We highly recommend them!

Marshalls General maintenance was a life saver. After calling many places Marshall was the only one…read morewho not only answered his phone but came out and fixed my broken water pipe. Marshall came to my place in 14 degree weather and climb into this small craw space and worked hard to get my water up and running. Even when Marshall did not have what he needed to fix the pipe he ran down to the local worth and smith and got everything. once Marshall got the supplies he then had mother nature fight against him. With the temperature being so cold he was now having a problem getting the glue to cure. That did not stop this young man from fixing my pipe he kept going until it was cured and not leaking. We need a new pressure switch Marshall is ordering the part and will come back and replace once it is in. This young man is someone I would hire to do any jobs you need he puts his customers first and will not stop till the job is done. His prices for the day after Christmas were fantastic. They arrived promptly, finished the windows in not even three and a half hours, Cleaned up after themselves, Addressed all my questions, And even went above and beyond casing a window frame that i didn't even know could be done and still look good. The windows look fantastic!! Can't even hear the road noise anymore, and backed by a 50 year transferable warranty my mind is completely at ease. Oh yeah, and it was less than 2 months to get custom sized windows installed. Thank you Braymiller and all your team members that did a fantastic job. I attached some photos of the stellar work, don't mind the areas needing paint touch ups.

They did the siding on two buildings for us and ended up walking off the job because we complained about how crappie their work was and said we were too picky - we were the PAYING customer and we paid a lot. They had to tear off a completed wall of siding because it was off by 2 1/4" from one end to the other. Also hung two windows on one wall and one window was an inch lower than the other. Terrible workmanship. Corner cuts could have been done better by a fourth grader. We could go on and on. Never put the vent guard on for the dryer and birds got in and made a nest and almost started the house on fire. They are very sloppy, dirty and dishonest. What would they do to an old couple that knows no better? The only time Geoff came around to check on the job was when he wanted more money. Never tried to resolve the issues. Seems like he would rather forfeit the balance due than have to correct all the problems. We paid a down payment and got a very vague contract that wasn't signed and had no completion date. This started in September and by January they still didn't finish. Should be ashamed at how this was handled. Buyer be ware!!
