I would definitely not recommend this contractor. He fails to respond to repeated calls/texts. When…read moreI first reached out, he literally hung up on me 3 times before finally answering the fourth time. I have no idea why. When it was time to install a control panel on my furnace, i was unavailable the first time he wanted to come over. I immediately followed up with 3 texts to reschedule. I advised I would accommodate his schedule after the busy holiday, I heard absolutely nothing. I also followed up with a phone call. The message on the call said he was temporarily unavailable and I was unable to leave a message. Yet, when I asked a male friend to call to check if there was a problem with the phone, he picked up immediately and said he was upset because I wasn't available when he initially wanted to come over. Mind you, this was Christmas Eve with family obligations. The job was not an emergency. The lack of response to my texts/calls and the way this whole process was handled was rude, unprofessional and very poor customer service! Regardless of technical expertise, I would never have someone in my home that treats a customer like this. My review reflects my personal experience and is factual. It has absolutely nothing to do with cost or entitlement to get the job done quickly. I was simply looking for a time to get on his schedule. I have no reason to misrepresent what happened.
