Tim is always great to work with. Responded quickly to my heating outage and had me back up and running on short order. Highly recommend!

Hired Kyle to do a job for me at my office in the Village of Allegany. Started off good and he…read moreseemed to be friendly. First part of the job was a ramp tear down and the second part was building a new stairwell to go up the back deck as well as new deck boards and spindles on the top of the deck. Upon finishing he contacted me to let me know he was done and looking for the 2nd half of the funds for the job. I was at dinner with my family and told him if he sent me pictures he could come to the restaurant and pick up the check. After paying him I arrived at my office the next day to find out that his 2 pictures he sent from a distance showed me NOTHING. The whole job was a disaster. The railings were literally being held up with TWO screws and when I had to pay someone to redo them all he did is push it off to the side and the whole thing fell over and all the spindles fell right out. He used tiny screws to hold spindles in so they were not even attached. Code is 36 in width for a stairway and he did 29 inches wide. Some of the spindles were 1 inch apart some 2 inches and some just completely crooked. I attempted to reach out to him and explain that I have to hire someone else to redo the deck job since he clearly didn't know what he was doing or what code standards were. He tried bringing up employees I informed him I was confused what he meant because he's the the one that did the job and he had his little brother here assisting. I gave him a few weeks to try to pay me back something for the job. I told him I didn't expect the full $3500 back seeing he did tear that ramp down but he just kept coming in with excuse after excuse that times are tough and he was broke and spent the money already. So unfortunately at this time I have to do a small claims judgement against him since he totally screwed me over for the deck and stairs job. By time code inspector looked at it we had to take the whole staircase down and redo every piece of it to have it up to code and actually professionally done. I never put reviews up but I am here because I never want anyone else to go through what I just did. I'm redoing several parts of my building and so far out of the 4 contractors I have had to deal with Kyle is the only one that was not reputable. It was my bad judgement to pay someone based off a far away picture but I'm paying for it now.
