Need a gift? Give a candle. Need to make yourself feel good or set a mood? Buy a candle and light…read moreit. Can you guess my love language? Candles. I usually have at least three going around my home so I consider myself a wee bit of an expert. My husband calls me candle obsessed, not that he minds. Love, love, love this spot! If you are a candle junkie like me, this is nirvana. They sell things other than candles, too - incense, sage, matches. I love both locations equally, (there is one in Preston Center, too)! Both have a strong apothecary vibe that I dig. Candles are pricey, but the quality and scent intensity make it so worth it! Every time I stop in the service is friendly, helpful and efficient. My favorite candles from there are: -Any of the Texas Collection, but the Fort Worth is my hands-down favorite (think leather meets flowers, it just works) -Jackson Vaughn Peony - the perfect feminine floral scent -Any Kobo chandle My to-try list are the blackbird incense and the proprietary collection. Every time I try for the Blackbird Incense they are sold out, so that says something on its own. Do yourself a favor and swing by, you won't regret it!

This is not a large shop and it was a little tight navigating around the space. The candles smelled very good. The service was good. We had a question for what appeared to be a pack of matches. But, we were enlightened to find out that they were actually incense, so when you lit the match it provided scent in the room. I thought the cost was on the higher side. But, when you are in a small business, you are paying for the artists services. The decor was artsy and mystic. I would definitely go back and check out new candles and their scents.

Store is absolutely gorgeous- filled with beautiful plants & unique items - great gifts for someone…read morespecial or for yourself! The flower arrangements are top notch. Bought a beautiful house plant today & she looks so pretty in the box/ packaging that I almost didn't want to unbox it. Picture of her unboxed & in her new home attached.

Making it work meant making my arrangement primarily fillers with occasional flowers and at the end if it all...it did not meet my vision. I really wished that they had told me up front that the desired look cannot be achieved with my budget. Then we can move on to a different look or not do it at all. Instead the arrangement was made primarily with the budget as the driving force at the compromise of my vision. The designer was soft and sweet and tried to amend the situation but ultimately nothing different could be done because the arrangement had already been made. At the end of the day, the shop is beautiful and they have amazing selection of flowers beyond your plain roses and tulips. However, I do not recommend ordering an arrangement if you have a specific inspiration in mind. Im sure if you give the designer creative freedom, it would turn out fine. I will probably be back only to pick my own stems and create my own pieces.
