Service is excellent, I've been approached on every visit by a Rep asking if I need assistance, and check out is smooth as a baby's behind. They also accept returns with no questions asked. Pro tip: they get new stock in on Wed according to one of their Reps.

I only noticed two people working the store, fortunately it wasn't crowded so I was able to get help pretty quickly. I saw someone else come in and make a return and they were in and out. If you need to try on a pair of converse you've had your eye on, this is a fine place to do it. I would not make the drive all the way out here if I didn't have other things to look at or do in the area. Navigating the whole outlet parking lot just isn't really worth it, but if you're already here, stop in.

But any time I do that I feel like a huge inconvenience to the employees... definitely my least favorite part about shopping there.
