The miso ramen was so yummy and flavorful! I've been here about 3 times, and every time I've gotten the miso ramen :) The service can be sometimes slow but it's expected with a relatively new restaurant. The servers are all very kind but do have to wait on multiple tables at once so it can get a bit busy. The environment is really nice and I love the decor! Came here for the first time with my kids. Ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen, 72hrs Beef Miso Ramen, Teriyaki Chicken, Steamy Bun Dumplings, Furikake French Fries, and the Takoyaki. They were all very flavorful and delicious. The Teriyaki isn't what I'm used to. Theirs was basically grilled chicken with sauce drizzled on top. I'm used to the meats stir fried in veggies and the sauce. Furikake fries, although very delicious, isn't the green nori/seaweed seasoning, at least, not that I could see other than sesame seeds. Both ramens were awesome. I think they overcooked the pork in my spicy ramen so it was a little tough. The brisket look stiff, but surprisingly l, very flavorful and tender. Overall, a bit pricey, but that's normal for this kind of food. The ramen didn't look like the picture in the menu, but it was still good. The staff are friendly and fast. Our waiter was very polite and attentive. Large parking lot shared with other establishments. Lots of tables to dine at plus a full bar. The overall ambiance is pretty artsy. Got here by happy accident, but glad we found it! Came here on a Friday after lunch time so only one other family was here. We were greeted as we walked in and immediately seated. The general manager, Bobby came and took our order. We got oknomiyaki as an appetizer, I ordered the shoyu ramen and my hubs ordered the chicken curry. Both dishes were delicious and the oknomiyaki was great as well. Bobby was super attentive and always checked in with us. Overall a great experience with nice decor and a cozy feel. Food: Spicy jellyfish was crunchy and reminded us of seaweed salad. Seaweed salad - refreshing as always. Takoyaki - came with 4 balls. Done just right with a yummy filling and enough toppings. Furikake French Fries - oh man. Sweet potato fries are super delicious. This one was a favorite for the kids and adults. The place had great reviews, so I thought, "Hey, let's roll the dice." We sit down, everyone's excited, and the drink orders begin. I let the girls go first like a gentleman. Then my turn: "I'll have a Dos Equis." "We're out." Oh... okay. I'll just have some water while I look at the drink menu. Plot twist: there is no drink menu. Instead, our server returns with a handwritten list that looked like a middle school book report. I scan it and spot something intriguing: flavored sake. Never had it. Sounded fun. "I'll take the pineapple sake." "Oh, we don't have the flavored ones." You don't say... At this point, I'm on a beverage treasure hunt. I ask what sake options they do have. Blank stare. I settle on the hot sake. "Oh... the machine's acting up." The food comes out (surprisingly quick!), and eventually, my lukewarm sake limps its way to the table like it just gave up halfway. I ordered the pineapple fried rice, asked for it spicy. They don't "do" spicy, but they graciously offered a small container of pepper flake-infused oil, which was as spicy as warm bathwater. The shrimp was rubbery, the dish was bland, and the only real pineapple I tasted was in my unfulfilled dreams of the sake I never got. The ambiance was decent. The company (my daughter and her friends) was great. But for a place with high reviews, I was honestly disappointed. It's not a bad ramen option but i've had better-- this place doesn't feel very clean, there are little bugs flying around-- they have an extensive menu- kind of dark inside as far as the ambiance goes. The waiters have been very friendly and fairly attentive. The soup dumplings we had today barely had any soup in them which kind of defeats the purpose of SOUP dumplings. Now i want to look up their cleanliness rating to see what's up in the back. They have good portions here. Prices are higher than a normal lunch- i'm not used to spending $50 on lunch for 2 adults and 1 kids meal. They need to come up with some lunch specials or something. I came here with my girlfriend because we had heard great things about it. When we got there though it took an excessive amount of time to be seated and place an order I'm not talking 5-10 minutes. It was probably 15+ minutes before we got to place a drink order. After we placed the drink order we also ordered our food and an appetizer. The waiter did not write it down and quickly left after hearing our order. When he came back after another 15 minutes he brought out food, but not the appetizer we ordered. I also asked for no mushrooms and they flipped our orders and gave mine mushrooms and my girlfriend's no mushrooms. When I brought this up to the waiter along with the obvious lack of an appetizer, he said that he can take the ramen back and he can't make the cooks make prepare the wings any quicker. Which I understand, but making it quick and correct are two separate things so I didn't understand how the two were related. The food was good despite it being wrong and the atmosphere of the restaurant wasn't too bad. We enjoyed the multitude of cat decorations everywhere and thought they made the place look vibrant. Those two things were the only good parts of our meal as we couldn't get a refill until we were done eating despite asking and every time the waiter came to our table he said the wings were almost done. Well by the time the check came and we had already paid, the wings weren't even done yet. Well asked them to just make them to go and it still took another 10 minutes to finally receive them. Based on how the night went it was my fault for not double checking to make sure they gave us the right order, but when I got home and checked, they only gave us 5 wings in the box when on the in person and online menu it says it is a 6 piece wing appetizer. I have no idea if it was because they were short staffed or if they had inexperienced waiters, but the whole experience was among the worst I've ever had. If you want to eat here you need to carve out approximately two hours of your day to make sure you get your order correct and also send it back because they are likely to mess it up and then let you know they can't cook any faster. If half a star was an option they would have more than earned it. read more

Came in on a weekday noon after running 2 miles. Super sweaty and dehydrated. The tap water here was really good, not sure if it was just because I was dehydrated or not. Best water I've had from a tap in this town, hands down. Wasn't too packed, atmosphere felt family friendly as most of the parties were families with kids. I ended up being sat at the bar as a solo diner. Got the spicy miso duck ramen, flavor was great, broth wasn't too salty, noodles were unremarkable. I think the duck was a bit tough, I'll probably get something more standard like a tonkotsu next time I come around. Service was wonderful, Hayley (or Hailey?) was very attentive and sweet.
