Super disappointed in the service lately. I used to rave about this place because the ladies (and Iz) were so gentle and attentive. The lady I had today was very rough and heavy handed and cut me twice between my brows and under my brow. She was going so fast she nearly pulled out a lab extension. Been coming here for about 2 years have always had great experience until 3 weeks ago, walked in to get my eyebrows cleaned up a day before my wedding and the lady that helped me messed up my eyebrows. One shorter than the other and made them super thin when that was the first Fkn thing I told her!!!! Now I'm stuck with bushy eyebrows letting them grow to get them fixed again all thanks to he!!! I have been coming here for a few years now. A lady in a makeup store recommended him. Haven't waxed my brows since. I typically go for a good shape up and tweeze for maintenance. My husband always comes with and gets his brows cleaned up as well. Everyone does a great job on our eyebrows. Service is always quick and everyone is so friendly. Let me just say, I am the most specific and annoying person in the world when it comes to my eyebrows. I have had them absolutely ruined in the past, to the point that it took me roughly 6 months to regrow them properly. Can you imagine the horror? Anyway, I digress. But suffice to say I am very particular. I recently moved to California, which meant I left my trusted eyebrow connoisseur behind in my old state. After setting out on what seemed like an endless search for the right match for threading, I can safely say I have found him. To begin with, the establishment is beautiful. You walk into the doors and it's an immediate relief. Such a quiet, serene environment to have your eyebrows done in. Very neat, very pristine and it smells ravishingly. I sat in the chair and the gentleman began doing my brows - generally I am accustomed to feeling the pull and tug as the hair is threaded off. Not this time! He is so light handed and it makes a world of difference. My shape and arch are so perfect I could not have imagined a better job if I tried. He is truly an eyebrow genie. And for $10? I was prepared to pay $20 for how wonderful a job he did. I will forever be a return customer. The most pleasant experience yet! read more

I usually have a good experience here and they do a good job, but this experience was terrible. There was a lady I had never seen before with really large lips, don't know her name but she literally CUT MY SKIN under my eyebrows.
