We recently hired NEMA Roofing Solutions to work on our tile roof, and I can confidently say this…read morewas one of the best contractor experiences we've had. Originally, we contacted them hoping to do a spot repair. What really impressed me was that Adam and his team refused to do it. They explained clearly that a spot repair would not be a real solution and would likely fail again. They could have easily taken our money, but instead they were honest and upfront about what actually made sense long term. That level of integrity is rare and immediately set them apart After walking us through the condition of our roof, they recommended replacing the entire section. At first, it felt like a bigger decision, but once everything was explained, it made complete sense. The tile roof was over 30 years old, and doing the job correctly meant addressing the full area rather than applying a temporary fix. We moved forward with their recommendations and are very glad we did.. It's also worth mentioning that NEMA Roofing Solutions is not the cheapest option and that's actually a good thing. You truly get what you pay for. You're paying for experiences, proper advice, quality materials, skilled workmanship, and a company that stands behind what they do. They focus on doing the job right, not cutting corners or offering quick fixes that don't last. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of our property, and the job site was kept clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Adam was always available to answer questions and explain the processes , which made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free. The finished roof looks great, and we also received a full warranty, which gave us peace of mind knowing the work is properly backed. Based on our experience, it's easy to see why NEMA Roofing Solutions has such a strong reputation. If you're looking for a roofing company that values honesty, quality, and long term solutions over cheap pricing, I highly recommend NEMA Roofing Solutions. We're extremely happyy with the result and would absolutely use them again!!!

I couldn't get a lot of information from the other roofers until Daniel and his partner inspected my roof. Daniel provided a report and photos supporting that my roof tiles were not installed properly previously by the solar contractor. He also verbally explained to me in detail that some tiles were installed upside down and some tiles installed while cracked, which caused water to enter the roof underlayment and damaged it over time. In addition, he also caught exposed electrical wires on the roof which could cause severe risk and major hazard to us. From Daniel's report, photos, and detailed explanation, I trusted his work immediately and had his company fix our roof. My husband and I were very happy with the work that Daniel and his crew did. We had him install a new roof to my in-law's house as well. I definitely recommend Daniel and his team to anyone as they are very honest and knowledgeable.

Throughout the process, the owner (Abraham) has been on site reviewing the work, and they have been in contact with the city on our behalf regarding permits and all the red tape. I can't say enough how impressive this company has been, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof replacement and/or repairs. Hire them and you will have a ton of peace of mind.

I contacted Rich, from the start he was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had very competitive pricing (better than other quotes I got). I received quotes from 6 different businesses, but Competition Roofing stood out as the best. From the initial quote, Kyle, the owner, walked me through their whole process. I had a few flashing issues that was making a badly installed window leak and he made certain that they would be addressed during the re-roof. Their pricing came out second lowest of the 6 companies I received quotes from. However, Kyle's communication and praise from other reputable contractors convinced me to roll with them. I wanted the roof done correctly, not necessarily for the lowest dollar amount. Once I signed on, Kyle was there throughout the entire process. He took care of permitting, informed me of when inspectors would show up, and even called to ask if I would like to be moved up on the schedule. I was impressed--I rarely come across contractors that are great communicators. Our new roof took 4 days. Kyle laid out exactly what would happen during each day. He was onsite during the tearoff and walked me through any small issues he saw, such as a few pieces of rotted plywood. The crew Kyle worked with was excellent. Each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and even took in my trash cans on garbage day! What kind of contractors go above and beyond like that? On their final day, one of the workers proudly showed me a video of the roof. I love it when people take such pride in their jobs. After installation, Kyle returned to do a full walk around with me to make sure all of the issues we had previously discussed in the quote were addressed (they were!). Overall, I cannot recommend Competition Roofing highly enough. They are true professionals in their communication, execution, and operations (yes, they are licensed and insured!). There were no pressure tactics, no mysterious charges, and no issues throughout the whole process. I can only hope that I find other companies that are as professional and skilled as they are when my next home project comes around.

5-Star Review for LVM Roofing…read more Lorenzo at LVM Roofing is truly 5-star quality service. From the very beginning, when we contacted him for our first roof repair on one of our properties, he was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He even climbed into the ducts to track down where the leaks were coming from inside the house before heading up to the roof. He took detailed pictures and explained everything thoroughly, step by step. He was the first contractor to inspect our roof, and he set the bar incredibly high. After two other companies came out, it was clear that Lorenzo was a cut above the rest. His customer service was outstanding, and honestly, there was no way I wanted to work with anyone else after meeting him. On top of that, his pricing was very competitive. I was blown away that a full roof replacement could be done with such reasonable costs. Just this past weekend, he also did repairs on another one of our properties, again, super professional. He even schedules small repairs on weekends to make sure his clients are taken care of. His communication is excellent; he responds personally by text and keeps you updated every step of the way. His team works efficiently, and the whole process feels seamless. If you need any roofing services, call Lorenzo at LVM Roofing. He is hands down the best in the IE.

My kitty usually hides when someone new is in the house, but she went right up to him and gave him hugs and kisses. And I KNOW she senses things we humans can't. Lorenzo went up on top of my roof and assessed the situation. Beware: there are plenty of businesses that give you quotes from photos only, then charge you way more when it's time to do the job. Lorenzo gave me a full written assessment and explanation of the situation and what exactly needs to be done, with parts, costs, and total time for completion. Forever grateful for people like Lorenzo and honest businesses like his.
