I help manage a property in Florida and an oil stain had developed on the driveway. EverBright…read moreresponded quickly quoted me $150 to remove the oil stain which is the most affordable quote I was able to find. They scheduled a time to come by the property and completed the job quickly and sent me before and after pictures. It looks amazing! The driveway is brick which means the oil was able to really get into the porous material, but they worked some kind of magic and removed the stain. They kept in communication at all times and had easy payment options! I will definitley use EverBright if I'm in need of pressure washing/cleaning services in the future!

I can't say enough positive things about this company! I submitted a project on Yelp to get quotes…read morefor pressure washing my screened in patio area and cleaning my gutters and they were very quick to respond and give me an estimate and get me on the calendar. Sunil (the owner) showed up and walked around the property with me taking note of any areas of concern. I was impressed that he even took photos of how my furniture and plants were placed on the patio so that as he moved things for the pressure washing, he could put them back in their appropriate place. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in cleaning the patio even noticing that my outdoor dining table and furniture covers had pollen and mildew on them and took time to treat those as well! Even though I had been doing this cleaning every year in the past, this is by far the best it has ever looked! He was fantastic and I will absolutely be using this company every year going forward! Can't recommend highly enough!

They were contracted by a big box company to deliver brand new furniture to my house and set it up. When they showed up I greeted the first guy I saw standing inside the truck "hello good morning". This MFer said nothing looking at me as if I was bothering him giving him the benefit of the doubt I repeated "Hi good morning" this kid just looked at me with a sneer. I was at that time ready to tell them to F off but needed the stuff I already paid for in our new house. The driver walks up from inside of the truck hearing everything that was said proceeds with "hey man". Really this is the way you do business ok I'm thinking just put the stuff inside and beat it. They proceed to bash the hell out of my door jamb, baseboards, and scuff my hardwood floors. They left the boxes, plastic, and styrofoam near the edge of the street for the garbage that was to come in five more days. I can't say anything because I know it will only get worse plus they both looked like they were out on parole some dirty looking folk. That I was sure would turn on me to fight just the vibe I got if I objected to their lackadaisical nature. If you use them that's is on you plus now you have to pay them for the attitude good luck.
