Upon investigation I learned that the person representing this company had his equipment and him self leaning against my property and on my house. As i saw this asked if I could help him with an answer of, im on the phone. Turned around and ignored me. Stood there as I did as well and gave me an attitude about asking why his equipment was on my house whilst leaving a mark where it was laid against my property in which he did not have permission to be on. After the fact I finished getting my children down for a nap and as im cleaning out my truck hear 5 or 6 loud dings against my vehichle as he sprayed rocks, grass and drip all over my truck leaving multiple ding damaging the paint. I wash my truck once a week and have been out of town since I washed it last. Not a single ding. In fact I pride myself on getting a mirror reflection with multiple very recent pictures before damage was done. All in all the man I spoke with was very disrespectful and customer service is at the least of priorities. Worst job ive seen and cant believe my neighbor paid for such services. Turn around marks all over the drive. Bush trimmings left all over the beds. As he weedeated the cracks along the house sprayed dirt all over the garage. Went way onto my property leaving rutted tire marks all on my property. Property line is clearly distinctive given the fence line and different grasses. I could go on if I were to criticize. But the point is the man damaged my property and was very disrespectful the whole time as he left saying he felt sorry for living in a house like mine. Lol. I worked my buttons off to build the house my family lives in. I do not wish any harm at all but companies like this and allow people to rub a company like that do not deserve and business whatsoever. Extremely upset and wondering how my property that was damaged will be repaired.

I couldn't even really hear it. My washing machine is honestly louder. They were also great working in the backyard and coming in the house even with my dog. It took under three hours and they arrived even a little early. Parked on the street with a truck and didn't block any neighbors' driveways which was nice. They even cleaned out our screened in porch which looks ten times better. We have a two story house and they did a phenomenal job. Nice company, great service; highly recommend!

We contracted with Surge Cleaning and Pressure washing service for a second year. The first year…read morewas rife with mishaps, no showing up for the job, equipment breaking down, no chemical, you name it. The job was finally finished. This year after a meeting with Surge where they promised that everything would be different we agreed to use them in 2021, again with assurances that things would be completely different. Our experience this year has been 10x worse than before. They would send one guy who might show up and might not. The guy would arrive mid day, fumble around with the equipment, something would break, he would leave, then complain that Chris his boss would not pay him for chemical or repairs to equipment. Trying to get a response from Chris took days and weeks at times. Chris was given a percentage down for chemicals and in total worked about a total of 40-50 hours on a 400-500 hour job. The job encompassed approximately 33 acres of buildings and sidewalks. The last day they were here was Sunday August 15 when they parked their trailer on site. They showed back up today August 25th claiming they were taking the trailer to get chemical, that they would be right back. As usual, what Chris tells you does not occur and they never came back. If you choose to do business with them be aware they are not honest, they do not keep their word and their promises are a scam. I have an entire team of professionals that have witnessed these facts and can attest to their validity. This guy will not be in business much longer once he has asked for a front on the payment for the job and does not fulfill his promise. Beware of anyone needing your money to complete a job for you before they do it. If they do not have the funds to complete a project they bid on, their business practices should be questioned.
