I could not have asked for a better result. The fence line is magnificent, the workmanship superb, and the overall cost was beyond fair when considering that the materials (3/4" stained and weather proofed pickets) are of the highest quality and board on board. In my mind this company is the 'go to' fence company in Jacksonville. Jason was responsive throughout the process, showed up on time, and stood by his word. What more can I say!

A neighbor used Gutter Masters to install their gutters. Their worker was walking on our newly…read moreinstalled Bermuda grass and we asked him to please stay off. His response was "it's just grass". They eventually moved but continued to jam their ladders in our new side lawn too. When we complained he said "sue me for $1000". VERY rude and unprofessional. To top it all off one of the workers lit up a cigarette just outside our screen enclosure while we ate breakfast so we got to choke on the smoke for 20mins. Also overheard a worker say to the other the gutter was installed backwards. Can't comment on the quality of the gutters but their workers are rude and snotty. When we have contractors do work, we insure they do not impact the neighbors in any way!! All the guy needed to say was simply "sorry, we'll stay away from your grass".

Writing this review is very much a surprise for me because I have been meaning to write a…read morecompletely different one. We have used Pristine twice now. Both times, the team showed up on time, were pleasant and did a great job. After the first time, my husband even wrote a glowing review in our "Next Door" community. Based on recent events, my husband has taken down his review and I am now unable to write the glowing review I had planned and here is why. Pristine cleaned our windows a few weeks ago. We thought they did a great job. For the most part they did. After they left though, later that night, we noticed that the glass panel in our front door was all of a sudden foggy. We are observant people so we know it wasn't like that the way before the windows were washed. We didn't make much of it, as we just figured we would call Brandon and he'd know how to fix it. We figured maybe it was a chemical residue that he could remove. We weren't worried. What transpired next was both a shock to us and just completely unprofessional. Brandon immediately went on the defensive, accusing me of accusing him of ruining our door panel. He wasn't interested in what the problem was, just in defending his company. It was an irrational, crazy conversation; one I thought would play out quite differently. Did he think we were trying to get a free door panel from him?!?! After a few texts back and forth, he agreed to come and take a look at it. That was March 21st. On April 3rd, he still had not come. So I texted him again, not wanting to get on the phone with him again. He did not respond. I texted him two days later. He did not respond. Later that day I said, ok I guess I will air my grievance in my review. That got his attention and he texted back right away. He said he'd be over tomorrow. He did not show up. He did not call to say he wouldn't show up. That was 6 days ago. So here I am warning all of you to NOT hire Pristine. If everything goes great, then you'll be okay, but should you have any problem of any kind, they will not have the attitude of "how can we make this better," as any good business should have. They will leave you high and dry; make you feel like you are a terrible person who is clearly trying to get away with something. People who know me for 5 minutes know I am not that person and I am deeply offended by his words and his actions. And his inactions. In my opinion, they are not worth the risk. There are plenty of other window washing companies out there that conduct themselves with integrity and treat their clients with respect.
