Professional exterior cleaning at a whole new level! Wow what a difference! Not only were they…read morepriced competitively, they delivered a service that is second to none. The technician thoroughly inspected the house before beginning the process, then sealed every outlet/crack/crevice to prevent any foreseeable potential chemical intrusion. He applied the wash and immediately followed up with rinse to make sure no damage could occur to the property. Before he performed the cleaning, I believe that I was going to need to repaint the entire house. After the service was complete I can see clearly the existing surface and only about need to paint about 10@ where paint was actually wearing out and where staining from the sprinklers was severe. The job saved me twice what I would have spent in paint and HOURS of my labor! Thanks ProperExterior Cleaning!

Scotty's just finished up our paver sealing and window cleaning project. When looking for a…read morecompany, I was impressed with all his positive Nextdoor reviews, but still went through my process of getting quotes from three companies. One quote came in WAY too high, but the other two (including Scotty's) came in at a better price than we expected, based on our neighbor's experience. We went with Scotty's because we liked his approach -- direct, informative, conversational and he had a helpful assistant (not just a one-man operation). He gave us "windows of times" when they would be here, and advised us ahead of time when we couldn't use the driveway. It's not surprising that Scotty used to work with troubled youth -- to do that, you've got to have integrity and a sense of humor! It was a pleasure recommending him to our next door neighbor who hired him on the spot!

After contacting Neligan's stating that I would like them to do the repair work, they kept me updated and were honest (that they were very busy, but they would work this project in asap). They were able to repair it before the original date and Matt and Chip were very nice and professional. I wanted to save the bricks and I said they could stay where they landed in the yard/that they don't need to do any extra work moving them anywhere. When they finished, the bricks were in a nice pile :) THANK YOU for making time for my small repair job- it made a world of difference to my family. I strongly recommend them and will use them for larger roofing jobs in the future (if only those other companies realized that even though this job may be small, I could be a future customer with larger projects).
