What I ordered with a birthday balloon

This is the second time I have placed an order from there. First time my flowers were not delivered so I drove an hour and a half to pick them up and deliverers them myself (they stated they didn't see it). Second time I ordered was today for my wife's birthday and in the comments I put when she would be off, however, at that time it was not delivered so I then called Pete stated he had not received an order today and placed me on hold about 5 mins later he finds it under the order for the next day. Pete stayed to me it was his fault and he will personally do it and deliver it to her house (since he asked if he can deliver it tomorrow but that didn't make since cause her birthday is today). Then he delivers it an hour and a half later (not a big deal) but then she received it (shitty arranged cause it was rushed) and with a "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY" balloon instead of a HAPPY BIRTHDAY balloon like I ordered (he noticed it after he gave it to her). The flowers looked horrible and was just flowers probably left over and got the wrong occasion and was after hours because he didn't see the paper. This was the second time and wasn't even correct....I hope they do right and try to fix their wrong doing but we will see. All in all they ruined my whole surprise for her birthday and got everything wrong and rushed the order and gave her a shitty order and wrong balloons made me look like shit to my newly married wife. PETE himself ruined it. Hopefully he fixes his mistake and at least calls or something but I will update everyone what they do. Update: two days after I posted this PETE read this and found my number from my order and started calling me while I was at work being rude asking stupid shit but I feel like a so called business shouldn't call and harass a customer about a complaint but instead try and fix the issue instead of harassing if you go out of your way and try and contact. I have no issue I'm a man so feel free to do what he wants but from a business point he's not doing the right thing just my two cents.

I've had TWO bad experiences with this florist. The first was 12/08/24 when I ordered flowers to…read morebe delivered to a surprise party at a conference room at a local hotel. The delivery was later than normal arriving on Friday, and the family that was decorating had left. The delivery specifically stated to be delivered to the surprise birthday party (with the name of the person receiving) and it would be in the conference room. The party was on Saturday, and I never heard anything from anyone. I asked the recipient on Monday if they received the flowers and she said "No. What flowers?" After much communication back and forth with the florist, it was determined that the delivery person just left the flowers with the front desk, and that night clerk just sat the flowers in a back office! I was offered no apology, no compensation or anything to make it right. My friend went to the hotel herself to get 3 day old flowers!! Now, I realize mistakes happen, but I ordered online again for a co-worker's birthday. After ordering online, I was on the road with my job, and realized I needed to change the card, and emailed the florist 24 hours before delivery to change the card and provided wording. I call today because the flowers have not been delivered, and the lady was very curt and said "We don't check our email. It's a holiday week and we are busy!" What?! You have already been paid for this order, and I suggest that if you do not keep track of your requests online or check your email, then you DO NOT PROVIDE that option. Many of us are willing to pay for that convenience and assurance because we can't get to the store front or don't have the luxury of phoning in requests. Remove the online order option, because it does not matter to this florist. I requested a time of delivery and it's still going to be late.

I'm not sure if this will make a difference, but I'm so upset…read more The difference of what I ordered compared to what my friend received were two completely different orders. (I wanted these to be special for my friend that was promoted to which she was barely acknowledged.) I picked this bouquet because of the colors as her favorite colors was included.....except for the fact that none of her favorite colors were in the clump of flowers she received. And yes, I understand that orders may not be exact, but come on. If the florists needs to switch out certain flowers, at least make it somewhat close to what was ordered. Usually, the florist will contact the customer if the flowers are that different....did not happen. But I suppose since they've already been paid, who cares what flowers are sent out. If I spend over $100 on flowers, I would think they'd, at least, the flowers would look fresh and somewhat close to what was paid for.....very disappointed. I, most definitely, will NOT use this florist in the future. WOA, be specific, in detail, if you don't want things switched out, or ask to be contacted if they don't have anything close to what you're ordering.

I placed an order on their website on a Sunday and Monday morning they texted to let me know that they needed to switch the vase and some of the flowers out because the flowers weren't in season right now. What they chose was even better than the one I picked! My mother in law really liked it!
