I've had TWO bad experiences with this florist. The first was 12/08/24 when I ordered flowers to be delivered to a surprise party at a conference room at a local hotel. The delivery was later than normal arriving on Friday, and the family that was decorating had left. The delivery specifically stated to be delivered to the surprise birthday party (with the name of the person receiving) and it would be in the conference room. The party was on Saturday, and I never heard anything from anyone. I asked the recipient on Monday if they received the flowers and she said "No. What flowers?" After much communication back and forth with the florist, it was determined that the delivery person just left the flowers with the front desk, and that night clerk just sat the flowers in a back office! I was offered no apology, no compensation or anything to make it right. My friend went to the hotel herself to get 3 day old flowers!! Now, I realize mistakes happen, but I ordered online again for a co-worker's birthday. After ordering online, I was on the road with my job, and realized I needed to change the card, and emailed the florist 24 hours before delivery to change the card and provided wording. I call today because the flowers have not been delivered, and the lady was very curt and said "We don't check our email. It's a holiday week and we are busy!" What?! You have already been paid for this order, and I suggest that if you do not keep track of your requests online or check your email, then you DO NOT PROVIDE that option. Many of us are willing to pay for that convenience and assurance because we can't get to the store front or don't have the luxury of phoning in requests. Remove the online order option, because it does not matter to this florist. I requested a time of delivery and it's still going to be late. read more

The flowers were fresh, full, and beautiful! Lots attention to detail. My 6 year old daughter broke her elbow, and this brightened her day. The "vase" also doubles as a trinket box after the flowers are gone. The balloons were adorable and very age appropriate! The chocolates were fresh as well (I have been given a stale box in the past from a different florist). The delivery lady was SO sweet, and was very kind to my daughter (who felt very grown up getting a delivery). I would highly recommend this florist, nothing but positive things for us to say. read more

The experts at "Kimberlee's Flowers" were referred to me by another reputable florist in town who did not provide the same product. I was in need of a door wreath that could be displayed on a hospital room door. Kimberlee created a gigantic "welcome twin babies" door wreath that clearly highlighted the birth of both a baby boy and baby girl. They were able to create a masterpiece within 4 hours of request and delivered it to the Enterprise Hospital. Needless to say, it sure surprised my Sister and Brother-in-Law who displayed it proudly. WORST florist EVER! Here's my story... My grandfather died 2 days before Valentine's Day. Pretty awful, right? Well, it gets worse. My mom was feeling down in the dumps the following day (day before V-Day), so I decide to send her some flowers in the hopes of lifting her spirits. Boy, was I wrong! I utilized 1-800-Flowers. I won't review them here, but they are the gateway to Kimberlee's Flowers. The arrangement arrived in disarray and was nothing like the picture I chose online. Now, I'm assuming slight variations are to be expected, but completely different, not so much. The name of the arrangement was 'Sympathy in White.' In addition, I ordered a sympathy note card to accompany. The florist decided it was a brilliant idea to use a Valentine's card instead (because apparently I'm an idiot and forgot which holiday was coming up...GAH!), and upon delivery, they tell my grieving mother "Happy Valentine's Day." Honest mistake, I suppose, given the holiday was 12 hours away. My mom called in tears asking what was wrong with me?! I call 1-800-Flowers and complain. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from my mom informing me that the local florist, Kimberlee's Flowers, has called HER to yell at her! Their words: "If you don't appreciate our work, why don't we cancel your order and pick the flowers up." WTF?!? So I call down there...LIVID, I might add. The owner gets on the phone, and she and I share some choice words. Of course, she found herself to be in the right. Yes, abusing customers is always a great idea. So sorry that my grandfather chose to go 2 days before a major floral holiday and caused YOU some grief. Go Kimberlee. Karma is a b!T(# and so are you! So, I have written a formal complaint to the BBB, as well as through 1-800-Flowers (which, by the way, was MOST helpful), and now I'm yelping so you all know how TERRIBLE this florist is. I ordered flowers for my younger sister who had been in a car accident and was in the hospital. I chose to call instead of ordering through their website to be sure that my order was how I wanted it. Kimberlee was nice and very helpful in setting my order up (which really helped my confidence in this purchase since I'm not even in the continental US). I was only charged the price of the bouquet and Enterprise city tax and was not asked to pay for the delivery to the hospital. As far as I could see the flowers arrived in great shape. Kimberly and Amelia are always friendly and helpful. I call my orders in from NC and I can never tell them apart! They are so gracious with my inability to distinguish between their southern accents! Somehow they always recognize me and are so helpful and genuinely concerned with pleasingly me and my sister, who they know by name. They make recommendations if I'm not feeling creative and always ready to provide last minute service!
