Whenever I pulled something in sports growing up their "adjustments" would immediately help ease the pain. More importantly they did a great job explaining the causes of my injuries and what I could do to prevent them in the future through correct exercise/stretching. They are both extremely nice people and would often take time out of their days to talk to the local high school sports teams about correct diet and exercise. They also have a training center with programs you can sign up to use. I have never personally used the training center, but a lot of my friends have and they all had very good experiences there.

I have lower back pain and sciatica. These conditions are quite common. I went to Orange…read moreChiropractic Center with an open mind seeking relief from my pain. I arrived early every visit yet often felt rushed. I was placed on the spinalator table which feels like a relaxing, gentle massage meant to improve and maintain mobility of the spine. Problem was only once was I allowed to stay on the table long enough for the timer to actually time out and go off. The services received by Dr. Eileen Whelan did not help my condition. I felt worse after the chiropractic treatments and needed to take Advil for the pain. On my last visit I was presented with a plan made up for me to visit the workout center using their trainer under the Chiropractor's supervision. I am not overweight nor in need of work out machines. I said I was not interested. The attitude changed much like a time share salesperson does as soon as you say "no thanks, it's not for me". When asked why I was not willing to keep coming 2x a week, I tried to explain how I was rushed off the spinalator table but I was interrupted by Dr. Eileen Whelan so I politely stopped talking to listen yet I was not given the chance to respond. I was actually told not to come back again. I said you are overreacting. I got the feeling if I was not overjoyed with her care I was no longer welcome- ever again! In my opinion this office seems to be Chiropractors that set up their practice with the intention of keeping the clients coming indefinitely.

I've always had a good experience with this practice, they are super busy and I expect it to be…read morehard to get someone on the phone due to this and I just kept calling back if I didn't get through. I love doctor Sylvester and the staff is always kind and respectable. Today I brought my mother in who doesn't EVER go to the doctor because of a awful head/chest cold and I probably won't ever get her back in to one. I have a cough, but she ten times worse than me. The staff was respectable even having to work in pouring rain..they made us take a covid test, and the doctor came out to check us- nothing to see on my end other than a awful cough. My mother on the other hand, had wheezing which he said was pretty bad and wanted to know if she had an inhaler, coughing up yellow and green phlegm(you get the picture )..you can hear and see she is very ill.. Dr. Keller comes back out and says we are both negative, but we probably still have Covid- quarantine and good luck! I stopped him because we've been out in the parking lot for almost two hours and he isn't going to give us anything to help, we didn't come for a Covid test! We need medication because nothing we are taking is helping... he said take an OTC, which we already are, we wouldn't be here if it were working! He then decides to call in a medicine for our cough to take with an OTC. I stopped him again and ask him if he could prescribe something for my mother, his response was she needs to quit smoking (yes, she does), and she can call him tomorrow or Monday.. why not today.. if we probably have Covid and it's so deadly why isn't he going to treat our symptoms!? He hasn't seen bacterial bronchitis from IT, so he didn't want to prescribe an antibiotic. I asked from what, he said what is probably Covid! So the test says negative, but it's probably Covid, but it couldn't be bronchitis.. Never in my life. I'm so disappointed maybe if our tests were positive we would have been treated differently. This is my second meeting with Dr. Keller and he pushed the Covid vaccine at my UTI visit after having a baby.. both of us are not vaccinated, which he was displeased.. I've had Covid already..I felt like he didn't want to help us and of course the one time I get her to go to the doctor we get a good luck champ! Awesome! I will go to another walk in clinic if he is the only doctor running the show. I will continue to make my usual appts, but not with him.
