Laidback relaxed vibe. All the women being serviced while I was there are loyal customers. The technicians were very humorous and kind. I have been here one other time (I am from NY and now a snowbird down here) and really enjoyed my service. I was trying to achieve a video I saw on instagram. At first it wasn't quite right. My nail tech didn't get upset with my honesty. We played around with the colors and I absolutely love my nails. Amazing pedi. Also got my eyebrows waxed. I made an appointment for Mother's Day 3 weeks prior. I received confirmation a few days later. Today (Saturday day before Mother's Day) I get another confirmation. I was excited because it was a surprise for my mother. At around 7 pm I get a phone call from some guy canceling my appointment because the nail techs wanted to spend the day with their families. This was 2 hours after they had closed. I normally would understand stuff like this, but if they were going to close at least tell me before it was too late to call anyone else. I called ahead to ask if they do GelX nails, I was told yes & it would be $45 for a full set. When I arrived & the guy started- they were not GelX - I was already there & had him continue. He put on tips that were thinner than I had ever seen before. The set looked very nice. I was charged $55. I had my first nail pop off less than 4 days later and then 2 of my nails turned brown at the tips. Would not recommend . read more

I told the tech doing my nails my cuticle hurt on my right middle finger. I said, "That hurts," but they proceeded to remove it. Now, I have a little splinter hemorrhage. Other than this incident, the the nail techs always do a good job. The women seem to only service certain customers. Ive been like 8 times and a woman has never done my nails. I would put zero stars if they let me! This place is horrible. They rushed through my daughters nails even though there was no one else even waiting. And let me tell you they looked rushed. They are the worst nails I have ever seen! She got French on both her nails and toes... the lines are not straight, it actually looks like a kindergartener did them. It's hard to tell by the pictures but I tried to take some. I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you want to waste your money! Seriously I never leave comments but I felt the need to comment on this company just so no one else has the same experience we have. read more

I recently gave this nail salon a try and it was just ok. As we walked in there was a guy doing a pedicure, he greeted us then tried to get the attention of another employee to help us. This other employee was at the back of the salon in a pedicure chair, wrapped in a blanket watching a movie. The guy called her name 4 times before having to get up and walk over to her to get her attention. My nails were done by a 2nd guy that was there and they are ok. The gel polish has bubbles in them that you can feel when you rub them or see them in the light. My mom just got a gel manicure. Her nails are her own nails, no acrylics. She told the lady to just clean them up and then paint them. Her nails look really bad. The lady does not know how to do a natural even nail. None of them are uniform, the gel polish is super thick and there are bubbles all over her nails. We won't be back to this shop again. read more

I thought I got a fairly decent pedicure until a month later when I removed the nail polish. When the nail polish came off, so did the nails on my two big toes. I couldn't believe it. The nails just lifted right off from my toes. Beware. Also, my toes were cut and bleeding in several places. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The whole dynamic was ass backwards in general. Unnecessary 2 hour pedicure resulting in 3 bleeding toes due to "ingrown toenails". Nails left so sharp on the corners you could slice yourself. Cuticles bleeding afterwards because they trimmed them before soaking them. Safe to say i will not go back! read more

Refused to repair the damage they done to our nails and then let us leave with chunks of acrylic on our nails, tinfoil wrapped over our nails. Filed our nails down to the skin bleeding. I had one if the worse experiences with the workers at this salon. I'm new in the neighborhood and this lady was nasty, rude, unprofessional and was horrible at doing nails. I would not any of my family go here not to mention that they can't do designs on your nails. My nails looked horrible. Uneven and the nail polish turned yellow in two days. This place is horrible. Unless Tina does your nails I wouldn't allow anyone there to touch you. First off my full set looks terrible, the sides aren't painted, the SHAPE, holy hell, the shape of the nail is the worst part. no acrylic at the nail bed but a pile at the tip. WHY?? Don't waste your time or money, and stay away from the old man, he takes 2 hours for a pedi, and the chic with the long nails, does terrible acrylics. read more

Went today for the first time. Very clean, they use liners in the foot baths. Had the deluxe pedicure. Great experience, he did a fantastic job on my pedicure. Especially considering it was long overdue. Gel manicure looks good. I am used to a shoulder, hand, and more of a foot massage but that may be due to where I am from. I went in when I was referred from another place that was to busy to fit me it. Went in, got a great pedicure but getting a set of nails, not so much. Bleeding and in uncomfortable pain from one finger cause it was filed so much. Looking in my car after leaving. Uneven, far from identical looking, and really thick. Growing out they only looked worse. Someone else might have great experience here, but I didn't. read more

First time visiting Ivy Nails after getting a horrible manicure at another very popular nail spot in Inverness (yep that one. Always busy but never consistent.) I had a perfect experience here! Super clean, timely, courteous and of course most importantly a gorgeous mani/ pedi. The owner is super sweet and goes out of her way to make your time at Ivy Nails pleasant. I highly recommend giving them a try. They are now my new nail salon. And they have Sunday hours which is great. read more

We love Ivy Nails! You are always treated fairly, Tina does fabulous nails (anyone in the salon) does a wonderful job at whatever they are doing. From a full set of acrylics, to just gel polish or a pedicure we always walk out happy. There are some reviewers that their reviews make no sense... for instance the person who said they have dust everywhere and don't clean their equipment (she was never in the store that night because they were closed when she went by, at closing time, and you cannot see inside when the lights are off up front). So, try Ivy Nails you won't be disappointed! There are times that they are busier than normal, but all of us get a little busier than normal. If your unhappy tell your nail person or pedicure person and they will fix it happily I might add, they want return business as much as you want a good job done on your hands, feet, or wax job. This is a great place with fair pricing and friendly people... there has never bern been a time I have been in that someone wasn't smiling and laughing! read more
