We chose this office because it came highly recommended by my OB-GYN, but our experience has been incredibly disappointing. Communication has been poor from the start. Instead of keeping patients informed, they rely heavily on the patient portal, leaving us to chase down answers ourselves. I paid $185 out of pocket for lab work and never received a call to discuss my results. I ended up uploading the report into ChatGPT just to understand what it meant because no one from the clinic reviewed it with me. My husband provided a semen analysis sample on March 24, 2026, and we paid $160 out of pocket. Despite us explaining multiple times that we were self-pay patients, the office repeatedly called asking for his insurance information. However, they never called with the test results. After months of trying to get answers and making numerous phone calls, we finally reached someone on July 16, 2026, only to be told they couldn't find the semen analysis in their records. We were transferred to another staff member, sent to voicemail, and, based on our experience, I don't expect anyone will call us back. This entire experience has been frustrating, stressful, and heartbreaking. When you're seeking fertility care, you expect compassion, clear communication, and competent follow-through. Unfortunately, we experienced none of those things. At this point, even if the clinic were to locate the missing results or offer us a refund, we've lost confidence in their ability to manage our care and will be seeking treatment elsewhere. Their motto is "Where Hope Is Born." Sadly, our experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of giving us hope, this clinic left us feeling ignored, disappointed, and discouraged during one of the most vulnerable times in our lives. read more

I truly wish my experience had matched the level of care I felt at the beginning--but unfortunately, it did not. Before paying the global fee, I felt like an important patient. I felt heard, valued, and taken seriously. However, once the payment was made, everything changed. I began to feel like just another number--unheard, dismissed, and overlooked. I came in with concerns about unexplained fertility issues on my side. At 32 years old with no natural pregnancy since I was 22, I knew something wasn't adding up. I tried to express these concerns to Dr. Le and even questioned whether further investigation--like a laparoscopy--should be done before moving forward with IVF. Those concerns were not taken seriously. Later, my OB-GYN diagnosed me with endometriosis, which should have been explored sooner. To make matters worse, I had a cancelled IVF cycle. At that time, Dr. Le clearly told me--multiple times--that I would NOT be charged because he felt the cancellation was due to his error. Now, the office is attempting to bill me anyway, and I'm being told he "doesn't remember saying that." That is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would never have agreed to proceed otherwise. After going through a failed IVF cycle--spending my inheritance on the global fee and medications--I returned for a follow-up, only to be told we should consider laparoscopy and IUI. I even asked why those options weren't explored before IVF, and I never received a meaningful answer. Those steps could have saved me significant emotional stress and financial loss. What hurts the most is the lack of empathy. In the beginning, there was optimism and reassurance. Over time, that disappeared. I felt dismissed, unsupported, and ultimately forgotten as a patient. This has been an extremely painful experience--emotionally and financially. I trusted this clinic with something incredibly important, and I feel let down at every stage after payment was made. I sincerely hope they take accountability, especially regarding the cancelled cycle charge that I was explicitly told would not happen. At the very least, I believe some effort should be made to make this right--whether that's honoring what was promised or offering a reasonable path forward. VERY DISSAPOINTED. UPDATE: I do NOT recommend this office. I have never felt so lost and in a dark place after coming to this office. 1. I have PCOS, can't have periods due to stressed. Dr. Le told me "it was going to be easy to get you pregnant, you have a lot of eggs instead of not any. Which is really good" I was so happy and confident. The injection are not cheap. You have to make sure you have it with you when you come to your appointments they don't let you come without it. I was one the last one of my treatment. I needed to be a 11 but was a 10. Something must of happened outside of the room and me as a patient. Cause he was like nope sorry come back in a year when you lose 60 pounds. I can't do that with my pcos and my hormone. Which is the whole reason I came. My OBGYN said I had to choose get pregnant or manage my PCOS/weight/hormones. He knew that wasn't possible. I have a $400 shot in my fridge for months now. And have never been in such a lost/dark/depression state in my life. He let his emotions or something get to him and treated me horribly. Even the nurses were "shocked and didn't know why he told me that" word for word what they told me. My SIL recommended me they had two kids with Dr. Le and he was the worst to me and my husband. No respect. No empathy. No nothing. 2. They don't verify ins ahead of time and will try and collect the "self pay" amount. They have told me to my face they didn't verify the ins. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM YALL DIDNT DO YOUR JOB! So then you'll have a "credit" cause your copay will probably be way less than that. Then they say "we'll use your credit for your copays the next few visits" cool that's fine better y'all owe me money then the other way around. BUTTTT.... yall still ask for me to pay every time I come in even tho i have a credit and yall owe me money. The provider is great, the medical office not so much. After verifying myself with my insurance and the office re verifying that an IUI would be covered as a copay. I am not getting hit with a $560 bill that I'm expected to pay because the office doesn't know how to properly verify benefits or do proper financial counseling before an expensive procedure. I do not recommend this facility for you fertility needs. Something that should have been so special for me and my husband is now ruined. read more

I don't have the patience to completely explain out every problem we've had with them. No one in the front is on the same page. Quick to bill. False estimates. Overcharge for everything. Sending prescriptions to wrong pharmacy. This place has a strong likelihood of adding to the stress and heartache you already have when they should be doing the complete opposite. Therefore, AVOID at all cost and find a BETTER facility. read more

Love Dr. Raj!!! He is a little corky and cares so much about his patients. Every time I "google" something or question something... he explains to me in such detail and is always right. My trust in him is always reinforced and that's very important. He recently got a new nurse and she's not my favorite... but other staff are amazing! read more

I would not recommend this clinic. I have been going here for roughly a year and a half. I enjoyed the staff and Dr Le during that time. They have all been very friendly. That being said, one of their staff made an ENORMOUS error which I caught by pure chance. Notice I caught it. NOT the clinic! If I hadn't caught it, my egg retrieval would have been too late (aka the eggs would have been gone!), I would have wasted $12k in medicine, $11k at least on the procedure, countless visits to get to that stage, etc. Their good faith for their error was a $20 Uber ride for my friend to come pick me up on a day we hadn't planned for (which btw, they also did wrong because they originally asked the Uber driver to come to the clinic instead of my friend's home...). I absolutely would not under any circumstance recommend this clinic. I feel bad saying that because I like Dr Le but if you are going to a provider, you expect that provider to be able to do their job effectively. The mistake that happened is so concerning, I'm afraid of even getting more medicine prescribed by the clinic. How on earth do I protect myself in a process that I don't know? That is the clinic's job and they failed! I just thank God for their emergency number nurse on call. For further perspective, to get back to where I was for a new retrieval would have cost me (out of pocket) at least $15k. (I already spent $5k on this round and let's not even talk about the egg quantity that could have been lost.) Their measly $20 is exactly 0.00013 of that amount or 0.13%. Dr. Le did so many negligent things during my time as his patient that I've struggled to write a succinct review summarizing everything. First, he and his so-called insurance coordinator, BT, spent months telling me that my insurance company wasn't possibly going to approve IVF until I went through multiple (and potentially life-threatening) failed IUI cycles. This was 100% incorrect. After months of being unable to even get to IUI due to cysts and/or overstimulated ovaries (not to mentioned a blocked tube that Dr. Le diagnosed but failed to mention presented a risk of ectopic pregnancy), I finally looked into my insurance information myself and found out that IVFMD had gotten it wrong. My insurance would have - and did - approve me to go straight to IVF. I went through months of suffering in an effort to do IUI for nothing. I suffered serious side effects from the medications I was being given, to the point that I needed to inform my employer of what was going on because I was too physically ill to work. Dr. Le repeatedly dismissed my symptoms (extreme lightheadedness and dizziness, to the point it was hard to stand up) as "work stress." He even dismissed my irregular period as the "stress" of being a lawyer, and he was dismissive when I told him my period had been irregular years before I became a lawyer. I finally insisted that he do further testing for a hormone imbalance and stop blaming my symptoms on "stress." He did the testing (saying, "the more you ask, the more we'll test" - wtf?), and - turns out - I have a genetic endocrine disorder. Even after this diagnosis, Dr. Le minimized my symptoms and actually seemed angry when I asked if he would be willing to prepare FMLA paperwork for me while I went through IVF (the answer was "No! Just let me focus on trying to get you pregnant!"). Dr. Le then tried AGAIN to push me to try IUI EVEN THOUGH I had ANOTHER cyst on my ovaries, despite the fact that he had canceled a prior IUI cycle because I had a cyst on my ovaries. And, again, this is after I told him I wanted to go straight to IVF because my insurance allowed me to do so (and it was financially in my best interest to go straight to IVF anyway). When I asked for clarification as to why one cyst made it so we couldn't do IUI but another one wasn't a problem, he got angry with me for questioning him and refused to answer. I had expected some kind of distinction as to the relative sizes of the cysts, perhaps, but there was no justification for his negligence. My experience was so degrading and invalidating, and I'm lucky I had an understanding employer who supported me more than my doctor did. The only "stress" I had during this painful ordeal was caused by IVFMD. This is all not to mention the incompetent staff I had to deal with, but that's another story. read more

I was very disappointed with the way the company is run: many nurses and administrative staff are rude and incompetent. They serve as the middleman between patient and the doctor, so there is no way around it. Due to incompetency of the staff, there were multiple problems i had to deal with: - they recommend to buy expensive hormone medication when it is confirmed you do not need it - they ask you to come to the office for the ultrasound and staff in the office fails to provide medical care (and call ambulance to do ultrasound in ER) Another thing that was not expected that doctor refused to provide a medical leave advising that 'emotional stress is outside the scope of the practice'. From my experience, medical leave is mandatory for such type of procedures (especially if OHSS develops), so i had to take vacation for my cycle/procedure. read more

Dr Le is a very kind and conscientious man. He cares for his patients well. His desire to see them happy is evident. He is concerned about both the patient and the future well being of the child. The only reason I gave him four starts instead of five is this: His staff is not great at following up in the area of communication. Several times they have said they would get back to us with information and failed to do so entirely. They more than make up for this in all other areas of care. His treatment, for us, was successful. We have friends that have had success with him as well. read more

I'm amazed at the personal attention I get from not only Dr. Le but the staff as well. My nurse, Kathy, is amazing! Anytime I have a question she gets right on it and has answers for me. Dr. Le has taught me more than my first round of IVF with another clinic. We found out more information about our MFI and Dr Le suggested that we did ICSI. My first transfer with them ended in a chemical but it's farther than I've ever gotten. Just did another transfer today and can't wait to find out if it worked. IVF is NOT a guarantee, so don't be discouraged if it's not the outcome you want. read more

We are forever grateful for Dr. Le and his staff. Infertility is a difficult obstacle to overcome but Dr. Le never gave up. Upon our first meeting with him I felt very comfortable. He discussed all of our options and never pushed us towards anything we were not ready for. He allowed us to try different options at our own pace and I really appreciated that. After exhausting a few options we finally gave IVF a chance. Dr. Le had recommended it for us but again allowed us to try other options first. I am so happy to report we are 12 weeks pregnant after our first round of IVF. Dr. Le and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend him to anyone who may be struggling with infertility. read more

They made a very emotional and tough journey more bearable. Dr. Le is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He truly wants to help you succeed and always have your best interests at heart. My assigned nurse, Katherine, has been an amazing support system for me throughout this whole process. Dr. Beverly Reed is my current doctor. She is so kind. After changing doctors three times, I finally have a GREAT doctor. Dr. Reed is very detailed, thorough, & she really cares about you. I am not pregnant yet but I believe dr Reed will be that dr who will give us our miracle baby. The whole staff and everyone at ivfmd is awesome. Nurse Christie is amazing in every way. We made our appointment a month ago. My wife talked to somebody this morning at 8 AM to confirm her appointment. They then sent me a voicemail saying they were canceling our appointment because we were "unconfirmed". They said they called four times. Well we have the proof they didn't. Obviously the Miami offices and Naples offices don't communicate well because we were definitely confirmed at 8 AM this morning. They swiftly canceled our appointment and basically told us it's unfortunate. Not really the way to treat potential customers willing to spend 20K plus for IVF.. My husband and I were struggling with fertility due to my age and by chance a web search brought up IVF MD and Dr. Le in Irving. It was some of the best luck I've had. Dr. Le responded within hours to an email I submitted via the website and I had an appointment within days. At my age, we had struggles, but Dr. Le was always there with a kind word and encouragement. He really cared about my husband and I. I am so happy (and sad) to say goodbye to Dr. Le and the amazing staff of IVF MD today as I graduate to a 'normal' OBGYN with our little boy on the way! read more

Dr. Le and all of his staff have been wonderful! I went to IVFMD many, many times for about a year and a half for several rounds of testing, IUIs, and ultimately, IVF. Getting an appointment was never difficult and they could always get me in at whatever time worked for me. The nurses were excellent and always responded to my calls or emails very promptly. If I ever need to do IVF again in the future, I will definitely be back to see everyone at IVFMD. read more

Completed several IUI'S and a 1st IVF cycle. IUI's are not monitored very well and I would not recommend them for IUI's. Save your money and go somewhere else for IUI's. Plus's for IVF with Dr. Le: You almost always see a doctor on every appointment. Doctor is experienced and knowledgeable. Probably the lowest IVF cost in DFW. The office and billing staff are very prompt and helpful which makes a big difference in the IVF process. Minuses: Dr. Le is not very personable. I felt attacked and blamed at times especially when I was going through such an emotionally painful journey already. ET was done without ultrasound. Ask for a US during transfer!! Embryologist / doctor were not very clear about embryo's state before transfer and gave us false hopes during 2WW. read more

This might be an ok place if you have very normal issues and just need some clomid or other hormone to help you. However, if you have a more serious issue, like recurrent miscarriages then go somewhere else. Once the Dr here ran tests and couldn't figure out why I kept miscarrying, he told me I had bad eggs and probably wouldn't be able to have a baby. When I asked him about immunology testing and treatment he acted as though those Drs, tests, and treatments were completely illegitimate. In the end, after immunology testing which actually found the problem, I had a simple treatment and was able to conceive naturally and have a healthy baby. I'm glad I didn't listen to Dr. Le and went to a different RE that used different methods of testing and treatment. read more

Dr. Le worked with us when another Doctor in Dallas said we had an impossible case. I had undetectable AMH at an early age. He was very kind, helpful, and patient. Staff was always very helpful and attentive. We were pregnant within months - can't say enough positive things about Dr. Le! He helped us have the baby we thought we could never have! read more

Dr Le. may be a good doctor, I don't know, but he is a jerk and was uncaring in my situation. He denied helping me and my boyfriend of 5 years conceive because we are not married or cohabitating at the moment, without knowing our situation. Earlier this year we both decided to move in with our parents to save up for a home after spending a huge amount of money on rent each month, and will start looking this summer. Marriage is in both of our plans but once I found out my fertility was waning getting married sort of takes a back seat to that. Dr Lee evidently had a bad experience with a couple he helped conceive and will no longer help non-married couples or those that don't have proof they are in a relationship(dumb). I've known my boyfriend since Jr High School and we are raising his 3 year old together. Then he had the nerve (with my boyfriend sitting right next to me) and says I can use a sperm donor. Like Really!!! That is my sperm donor. That man is my family!@! Why on earth would I use someone elses sperm . I literally burst out in tears! I'm trying to be a mother and the only thing you are worried about is if we are married or not..That is not your freaking business!!! I'm sorry we don't have a cookie cutter arrangement but I will happily go to another doctor who wouldn't say such ludicrous things!! read more

We had a great experience with Dr. Le and this office. He is a very caring, compassionate doctor. Dr. Le and the staff maintain good hours and work really hard to accommodate patients in all their varying needs. One nurse went out of her way to help me track down a medication locally that was difficult to obtain. We really appreciated the personal call we received from Dr. Le to congratulate us when we got a positive pregnancy test. Even if we had not had success, we would recommend checking out Dr. Le and the fertility options he provides. read more

They DO NOT care about their patients they spend very little time with you, do not explain things well, and do not care about your ultimate goal only theirs (taking your money). Dr. Haus has no personality and told me very casually that I miscarried and left the room. I cannot speak of Dr.Le as I never saw him. Dr. Escabar (spelling?) was ok but I never got to see him and he never checked on me after my miscarriage. You CANNOT get in touch with a doctor if you have a question. I disagree with the last reviewer. Dr. Le and his staff at Advanced Reproductive Care Center are wonderful at what they do. I had no problems throughout my treatment there. I would recommend ARCC to anyone undergoing fertility problems. I conceived my two little blessings through the grace of God and the medical help of Dr. Le and Dr. Haas.
