When my husband requested maintenance to address these problems, Jan had the audacity to write back and say "novel text messages are really my pet peeve"-- ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! I was blown away by the rudeness and the unprofessionalism. I have never ever ever dealt with people like this. The delayed responses, straight to voicemail calls, ignore the text messages.. the list goes on! Where I come from in California, we don't do business this way and we don't treat people this way. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT deal with these people. Absolutely awful, mentally and socially incompetent.
