Rent was received 21 days late and no one communicated this to me until I noticed I was short in my account. The next month, I had a 400$ error in my rent deposit and when I called with my frustration, I was spoken to quite rudely by Trista and told that I was overreacting, that it was just a mistake. Lastly, I emailed Trista, the manager about an invoice with a 1 year old due date (January 2017). No one responded to the email until I resent her the message 1 week later and then I received a generic email explaining that they were using Quickbooks now and that the fee would be taken from the rent if it was unpaid. I questioned whether this was an old email that was sent in error and received another email stating see the previous email. I decided to phone in and politely asked if the message was an error because the due date was for January 2017, she very rudely responded "I don't know what you're not seeing. You obviously must not be seeing the invoice I sent you in the email". I was very shocked by this unprofessional response especially when the error was theirs and the due date listed was the wrong one. When this was brought up she then stated "Well as you know, there are always some errors with new transitions". No apologies for her harsh tone, and disrespectful customer service. This kind of unprofessional communication is really unacceptable for a business. This office really needs to improve their communication with landlords and should also show some respect to their customers.

I made a big mistake by trusting them. Don't expect these people to manage your property, you will regret it.
