After calling to ask what their quote included they said they'd call back and probably not the same day. We won't use them again. *Update: David did call us back that day but wasn't able to find an invoice or paper work of any kind for the service. I reminded him that we had the gas lines drawn out and that maybe that was why they didn't go deep enough. He suddenly "remembered" us and said oh yeah that's why. We pulled out a huge chunk of the trunk yesterday after about 3 hours of work. Nice enough guy! Great price! But not happy with the results.
