I have treatment resistant major depression, PTSD, complicated grief. I've had 20 ECT treatments,…read more32 TMS treatments, over 20 anti-depression drug treatments; results= 0. Went here for ketamine infusions & talk therapy. My Long time talk therapist "left". I was notified the evening before my appointment; no reason given. Another therapist, whom I did not know, would be available via tele health, if I would like . Ketamine infusions stopped. I have urinary issues due to my radiation treatment for prostate cancer & ketamine makes me go, sometimes during infusion (2 times out of many infusions). I allegedly said something "offensive"during an infusion, while half stoned, and trying to "go"in a urinal. They wouldn't say what I said. It was also "inconvenient", I guess ,to have a patient with this condition. Blood pressure too high for infusion, again, 2 times out of many infusions. My veins are hard to access so I have been stuck in both arms and hands many times on the same day to get a needle in. White Coat Syndrome. I was cleared to continue infusions by my local hospital physician after evaluating me. If I hydrate the day before, veins are fine, but bladder issues may arise. If I don't, no veins. I would think that people with Mental Illness issues and physical issues, like me, would be treated with the understanding that there may be "extenuating circumstances". My treatment was helping; I was finally getting some relief, but now this throws me back into the hole I was finally getting out of. I guess the patients well being isn't a top priority here. Perhaps we patients do not happen to be fully functioning "normal" people who have different needs, and don't act "normal".

Our team conducts thorough evaluations and offers personalized medication management alongside psychotherapy for patients working through depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. For treatment-resistant cases where standard approaches haven't provided relief, we offer advanced options including TMS therapy, IV ketamine, and Spravato, giving patients access to care that isn't available everywhere in the state. Our providers take time to understand each patient's history before recommending a treatment path, whether that's a first evaluation or a more intensive option after other treatments haven't worked. Both in-person and telepsychiatry appointments are available, so families across Bozeman and Montana can access consistent psychiatric care regardless of distance. We welcome new patients and referrals throughout the region.
