I connected with Coakley Construction and Inspection, explained the issues I had with Dave toy home, back and forth with my insurance and HOA, and sent photos of all the damage, he agreed to take me on to do drywall and shelving to help get the insides of my home, inside once again. I would handle paint and flooring myself or through another vendor. He quoted me a three day timeline but put me in for a few weeks out, after four months of back and forth with insurance and HOA, I just needed to get moving on repairs and deal with collecting repayment on all my receipts when I can. Eric and his crew were just a day or two behind their initial date estimate due to run over on their previous job and stuck to the three days to get me put back together! Eric talked about his inspection services while he was here and pointed out a few things while he was on site, he is super detail oriented when it comes to property and home inspection; no faucet handle left unturned. I would 100% call Eric back for anything I need down the road, remodel / repair or home inspection. I'm so happy to have walls again that aren't made of plastic sheets, this was a check that I was glad to write!

We contacted Steve Schuman (as we know no one here in Apache Junction), and thankfully it turned out to be the correct call. Steve came over and inspected what we needed, and then He went with my wife to purchase the items needed to do the job, while his helper started uninstalling everything. This was a big help because he knew just what to get to do the job, and he helped my wife in selecting the best products. By the time they returned all was ready to install, the new toilets and sink. Price was very fair. Daren is very responsive and punctual. I sent him a text, he asked about the job, came by the next morning to take a look and fit me in 3 days later into his schedule. He came right at the time discussed. Best of all he does a "clean room" setup where he drapes the area in plastic so there's no dust from the job (photo attached). He's very detailed, took up the old underlying drywall tape and patched the entire area as needed. We decided after the first day that we needed another coat of paint so he agreed to come the next morning and finish the job. I had some handyman projects, so I went online to search for highly rated handymen in my area. I…read morefound 5 of them -- two of them never responded to my inquiries, but three did. All three were responsive to my requests and all the pricing was pretty much in the same range. Veteran (Alan) was in the middle regarding the price he quoted, but I had a feeling that would be the best for us. I was obviously right. He was responsive to my multiple changing SOWs and on the day of the install, he showed up right on time with his son as his helper. The first day, he needed his son to help since I had an 85" TV to hang and also some pretty heavy wall mounted laundry room cabinets. He hung two TVs and installed the mounting brackets for me, and also installed 4 wall cabinets and 4 floor cabinets, along with a sink unit with plumbing. His estimate of time was spot on, and he took exactly the time he thought he might need to do the job. He was fast, efficient, courteous, cleaned-up after the job, and even took away the mountain of cardboard and packing materials that all the cabinetry and other stuff came in. I am a stickler for good customer service and for good work that you pay for, so if I say this guy is good, you can take that to the bank!! Postscript: I cannot believe he was so few reviews. I would think that everyone he works with would give him a good review. Also, as of this writing, he has two Yelp reviews that are not recommended. Why??
