I am only rating it a 1 because there is no zero. We booked them from 12p to 2p to celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. They did not show up on time and kept saying they were on their way. I never got a status from them unless u called or inquired. If you are late or having issues, you would expect a business to be the ones calling to provide status. After 3 hours later, I finally told them to cancel because the party was getting ready to end. This is not acceptable what so ever. I am still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. We used this vendor before and they were also late but only a few mins later. Never expected this. But I should have known there would be issues because the lack of response when booking seemed odd compared to the prior year. I would not recommend them at all. Sad to say well need to find a more reliable vendor.
10/10 best idea for my daughters birthday party . Literally made her extremely happy - the animals were all very calm , very clean & healthy . I LOVED this and will probably do it next year as well . Tiffany showed up as expected , called me when on her way & was easy to work with . She offered teaching about the animals and answered all questions. The pony ride was a huge hit and my daughter did not want to get off . Loved it!
UPDATE: Tiffany, in response to your most recent comment. You must have needed to change numbers as this seems to be a frequent issue with your business. Based solely off your yelp reviews you FREQUENTLY cancel last minute on your reservations and then refuse to give people their money back. It is very sad to see how many other people you have stolen money from just as you've done to me. There was NO ISSUE with communication, you responded to my text messages stating that you would return my money but now seem to be saying the opposite. You business is clearly very poorly run which also concerns me about the poor animals that are in your care. We have given you ample time to return my deposit. You have also declined my Zelle request for my deposit. You have made it very clear that you have no plan to return my deposit. Due to ALL of these reasons we have moved forward with a small claims case. I truly hope that anyone who is planning their next event sees these reviews and saves themselves the trouble of having to go through this and also prevent their party from being ruined like ours did. You are not REPUTABLE NOR RELIABLE.
My friends and family absolutely loved the experience that Tiffany and Itty Bitty Mobile Petting zoo provided for our sons special day. I cant thank her and her brother Dustin enough! Its so special what they do for everyone! Even the adults were in love with the animals! So heres some info that might be useful if your deciding to book... It was my first time booking a petting zoo, I found them through a google and yelp search, along with a few other options. My deciding factor was Tiffanys instagram page. The other two options didnt have an instagram and no visibility. Being able to see Tiffany and how she cares for the animals and the professional events that she has been a part of made me comfortable and confident in booking with them. The pricing was reasonable and fair. It wasnt the cheapest and it wasnt the most expensive, but I also wasnt looking for a deal, I was looking for an experience! Itty Bitty delivered beyond what I was expecting. Tiffany is easy to communicate with through text, which I love because its easier for me, being a full time working mom, text is sometimes my only option. You must have patience! Because I am so busy and understand how busy other people can be, immediate responses are not needed and sometimes our text replies were hours or a day or so apart. If you need immediate communication, this might be a sore spot for you if you cant understand that taking care of her animals are the priority. On the day of the event, Tiffany let me know her brother was on the way and when he arrived he was quick to set up and interact with the kids and give us the back story on all the animals. We had Teddy the sheep, one eyed willis the goat, and ducks, chickens, roosters, bunnies and 2 other goats. I didnt get all the names because I was busy chasing toddlers around, but would have loved to have spent more time with our furry friends. I also added on to the package pony rides and Marshmallow was our pony for the event. Marshmallow was the sweetest. Very gentle around my son who loves animals but sometimes is frightened by the larger animals up close. When my son approached Marshmallow, Marshmallow was still and calm, almost like she was reading his energy and knew to be gentle for him. Every parent at the party was asking me for the info and every parent and child raved about them being there. They kept the the are clean, consistently picking up after all of the animals. Itty Bitty is absolutely the best!
We went to a 1st birthday party in Anaheim where they had a petting zoo set up through Itty Bitty Mobile Petting Zoo. We had a great time and spent the entire time in the petting zoo with the animals and talking to Clay the handler. Clay was knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the animals, and showed everyone how to hold all the animals properly, including an 8-week-old Kunekune piglet appropriately named "Ms. Piggy". Ms. Piggy fell asleep in my wife's arms for a half hour and we were in love. All the animals were healthy and after interacting with Clay for a few minutes I could tell two things. The care and safety of his animals come first, and these are not just a commodity. Clay cares for them like they are beloved family pets and would never put them in danger to make money. We had an amazing time and hope to see Itty Bitty at another party soon.

The children enjoyed the animals so much! I personally was in love with the baby pigs! I will definitely be contacting them again for my daughters 2nd birthday! We were so impressed and greatful!
Omg. If I could give Tiffany and her petting zoo 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. For reference, I got the small petting zoo which included two goats, a sheep, a piggy, some chickens and ducks and a few bunnies. It was seriously the perfect arrangement and amount of animals for a small party of kids and adults. From the beginning she made the whole process so easy, she was responsive and informative about exactly what I was getting with my reservation. She showed up early for set up and the animals . I've never seen a friendlier bunch of animals. I really can't tell you who had more fun, the kids or the adults. Enjoyed by everyone ten fold and will be keeping her number for parties in the future. We had them for my nice's 2nd bday party. Total success with both kids and adults. Animals were happy and seemed well cared for. Not the usual " petting zoo stink" . Would definitely recommend. Only thing is you do have to be forward in your effort with ur communication because sometime she lacks in that department. But worth it!!!
Best decision ever to hire Tiffany and her Petting Zoo for my sons 1st birthday party. From the start, Tiffany was so accommodating and provided excellent service. She's great at communicating exactly what you will get for the price you pay. She sends updates through text as well prior to the party to let you know what animals she'll be bringing. All of her animals are so well behaved and great for kids of all ages. She even brings vegetables and feed so the kids can feed the animals. They do a great job of cleaning up as well. You'll never even know animals were there. I would highly recommend hiring her for your parties.

Tiffany is amazing! We hired her for our son's 5th birthday and the entire planning and communication with Her was spectacular. Sending payment, asking for special request, and scheduled time to set up and leave went off without any hiccups! She had a great set of friendly animals all ages will love - from kids to adults. The petting zoo was the biggest it for the party and really gave guest something to be excited about. My kid was so happy and all the photos we took was priceless. What really sets Tiffany and Itsy Bitsy Mobile petting zoo apart besides her great communication and pricing was that she makes sure ALL guest get a chance to interact with the animals and she is a strong advocate for animal rights so you know she cares for each of her animals very deeply. One of our guest even bought a bunny from her at the party and she helped provide great advice on how to care for it and what they love! I would suggest Tiffany and Itsy bitsy to anyone and will be using her again if I ever need a petting zoo or want to purchase a pet!

I found this little petting zoo after doing a quick Google search in the area that I was going to be in for my son's birthday and I was so happy I didn't have to search much else! I chatted with Tiffany about the services she provided and she made it very smooth and clear what it would be like. Very reasonable pricing for the amount of work they have to do to bring these little guys places ! Our favorite out of the bunch was the little mini rooster as the kids were able to hold him and would do a little *cockadoodle doo* which everyone got so excited for. When it comes to animals we were so happy with the rest of their selection for a small get together for my son. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else. This was the second time that we had Itty Bitty Mobile Petting Zoo in our home. This time it was for my daughter's 4th birthday party and we got the Unicorn Package for 2 hours! They were a little late but of course we always have to give room for traffic and such especially when transporting so many animals That was no problem at all! Our theme was hello kitty and she matched Marshmallow so perfectly! I honestly should've gotten her for 3-4 hours because the kids had so much fun! This is the first time my daughter had ever been on a horse And she was so brave and so happy! She did not even want to get off at all! The small petting zoo was also very nice! The animals looked very calm, clean and happy. The kids were absolutely happy and we would love to book them again! read more

This company is super rad! I wanted to surprise my fiancé with an alpaca and Donkey for her Bday, and the animals Tiffany brought were perfect! They had cute, funny personalities and it was actually more affordable than I expected. Tiff was flexible with us since her bday was a Thursday. The one thing I liked the most was the alpaca. She was all white and just kinda chilled the entire time and she took awesome selfies as well . Thanks again itty bitty for accommodating my requests last minute. read more

I absolutely looooved the petting zoo all the animals were sooo cute and my daughter loved them ! My favorite was the sheep ! We also added the pony rides... all the little ones loved ! Tiffany was great good service she was sweet and gave us simple instructions for the care of the animals ! Everything came out perfect I definitely recommend it ! read more

I had hired this company for my clients daughters 5th birthday. The birthday girl asked for bunnies, so I hired itty bitty petting zoo. I left them a $300 deposit and they were a no-show day of party. Instead of them, reaching out to me that day I had to continuously try to call and text and DM them on Instagram. When I finally got a message from them that day they said oh we we're trying to find your number. Then I asked if they were going to still come and I didn't get a response until hours later saying that supposedly they were blocked in their driveway. if that was the case, they should've let me know that morning, and I could've found another company that would've shown up. Then they text me that they the deposit back in 10 days. I paid the deposit through Zelle. Zelle takes minutes to go through so I don't know why they had to wait 10 days but we are now way past the 10 days since this event was March 16, 2024. I have messaged them they read the messages, but I still have no response. I now have to pay out of my own pocket the deposit to give to my client. I feel taken advantage of, and I really hope this does not happen to anybody else. read more

This was an absolute experience! Tiffany is super mom and it shows in her work! She worked the animals along with relating to the children!!! I was beyond impressed with the setup and the animals were super cute and sweet! I would recommend Itty Bitty for your next party. My little one and I had an great time! We enjoyed our visit to Gless Ranch &the little time we did get to spend at this mobile petting zoo. The animals were gentle and I felt it was safe enough to bring my 2 year old into the petting area...he even got to feed the animals! We loved the local experience, he loved it so much he didn't want to leave! TO THE BUSINESS/OWNERS: Thank you for coming out into our community and allowing for these interactions with the rescues! Absolutely stoked that my husband found Itty Bitty Petting Zoo! My daughter was having a Unicorn themed 10th Birthday and threw us a curve ball within the last week and a half or so that she would love a REAL UNICORN and of course we had to find one! Tiffany was super accommodating considering the fairly short notice and they delivered the cutest petting zoo and Marshmallow (the cutest and kindest Unicorn ever). Everyone raved about how cute this idea was and I can't say enough about how sweet all of the animals were. To top it all off, I love that this is a family business. We always love to support small businesses and family owned businesses. Although we are sad we didn't meet Tiffany personally,we were happy to meet Daniel! He was super awesome with the kids and had the patience of a Saint! Great couple! They are reasonably priced for the great service you are getting. They have different packages to fit your budget and every single dime is worth it! We are so happy Itty Bitty Petting Zoo and will recommend them every chance we get. read more

We booked the princess package with a unicorn for our daughters 6th birthday and we had the most magical and memorable day!! Scheduling everything with Tiffany was a breeze, the day of the event went so smoothly which is extra incredible given the amount of animals and kindergartners at the birthday party haha. The animals were soooo sweet, patient, well cared for and adorable! Neither the kids or adults could get enough! Tiffany and Austin were so friendly and accommodating - there is not one single thing that I would have changed and I am sooo thankful we were able to find and book the itty bitty petting zoo! read more
