They took our driveway from a disaster to something absolutely beautiful -- and the quality of their work is exceptional. But what has impressed us even more is the kind of people they are. They didn't just fix the problem and leave. They have continued to help us navigate other projects, connecting us with trusted contractors and sharing their incredible knowledge along the way. They are fully licensed, extremely knowledgeable, fair priced vs ridiculous quotes, responsive, and FAST -- no endless delays, excuses, or wondering when someone is going to show up. They do what they say they're going to do, and they do it exceptionally well. The entire team is fantastic, and after dealing with someone we couldn't trust, finding Gordon Equipment has been such a breath of fresh air. If you need work done in the Big Bear Lake area, call Gordon Equipment. Finding contractors with this combination of integrity, expertise, quality, and genuine care is rare.
