So I call that number, leave all my contact information again, and what I needed help with; and out come the ghosts. No answer, no response. On the 2nd text I even put, "if you can't respond to your web page, a voice mail, or a regular text how about I leave 3 options"... A. Go Away B. We can't take on any more business C. Yes we are here to set up a seasonal contract and will call you by next week and that you won't forget me. NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY TO THE TEXT MESSAGES, CLEARLY THEY REPRESENT ONE LARGE GHOST. True story. Never have I sent a text like that, and it is very uncommon for me to leave a bad review. Someone is monitoring their website because they state they have update LLC to 2022, (however that could be a family member falsely adding and deleting messaging on their website)??? It also appears they have a calendar schedule that they are updating so they aren't completely a GHOST COMPANY although from my experience it sure feels that way. They have left me with no choice to continue to search for someone or a company that honors their word and/or company mission and can do the very basics... 1.
