The Spiced Tofu Bowl had the perfect balance of spice and texture, while the Orange Teriyaki Tofu was beautifully sauced, tangy, and full of depth. Even the Vegetarian Chili was hearty and comforting without feeling heavy. The portion sizes were impressive, especially for food that is this clean and balanced. The service was also wonderful. They made a substitution for me with no hesitation, which shows how much they care about their guests. Eat and Evolve proves that vegan food can be indulgent, energizing, and truly crave worthy. I've lost nearly 60lbs since my tastes have changed. Almost all fat. Meals are free of gluten, dairy, processed sugar and those harmful chemicals and preserves.
