All of my deliveries have arrived perfectly, packaged great and are still very warm - the soups still had to cool down! One time the restaurant was out of what I had ordered, Hometown Xpress both called and texted me to let me know as well as offering me some other options. The flavors were good but nothing that would make us come back in spite of the lack of the right ratio of meat to cheese along with the other ingredients. The woman running things was friendly and I didn't wait long for my pizza to be boxed up. The truck is cool and it's fun to support a local business. I got a Hawaiian slice, and it was pretty good. My only reason for knocking it down a star is because the price/quality/quantity combo seemed to be a bit off. It was 8.50 for the slice, which is a quarter of the size of their normal pizza. It felt a little more expensive than it should have been, or it needed to be a bigger slice. All in all though, I'll probably come back at some point to grab a whole pizza and check out a different kind.
